概述:用于信號源和讀出設備之間的信號調(diào)理器件，如衰減器、前置放大器、電荷放大器以及對傳感器或放大器進行非線性補償?shù)碾娖睫D(zhuǎn)換器件。

信號調(diào)理器
典型應用1:內(nèi)置IC壓電加速度傳感器和采集顯示設備之間的通信: ICP壓電加速度傳感器需要恒流源供電，典型值為: 24VDC、 4mA,而不是電子儀器通常具備的恒壓源供電。ICP傳感器輸出的與振動加速度成正比的交流信號是疊加在一輸出偏壓上(8-12V),而不是通常意義上的以地為參考點。由于上述兩大特點，ICP 壓電加速度傳感器不能直接使用，必須經(jīng)由信號調(diào)理器供電和信號處理后才可以和采集顯示設備通信。信號調(diào)理器技術指標:
1) 通道數(shù) 2-16
2)恒流供電電流 4mA
3)恒流供電電壓24V DC
4)增益:根據(jù)用戶要求可在1-100之間定做默認值為1
5)高頻上限: 根據(jù)用戶要求可在1-100kHz之間定做默認值為30kHz
6)低頻下限: 0.08Hz

典型應用2:XP系列信號調(diào)理器(-進-出，-進=出)是在自動化控制系統(tǒng)中對各種工業(yè)信號變送、轉(zhuǎn)換、隔離、傳輸、運算的儀表，可與各種工業(yè)傳感器配合，取回參數(shù)信號,隔離變送傳輸，滿足用戶本地監(jiān)視遠程數(shù)據(jù)采集的需求。廠泛應用于機械、電氣、電信、電力、石油、化工、鋼鐵、污水處理、樓宇建筑等領域的數(shù)據(jù)采集、信號傳輸轉(zhuǎn)換、PLC、 DCS 等工業(yè)測控系統(tǒng)，用來完善和補充系統(tǒng)模擬|/O插件功能，增加系統(tǒng)適用性和現(xiàn)場環(huán)境的可靠度。

Overview: Signal conditioning devices used between signal sources and readout devices, such as attenuators, preamplifiers, charge amplifiers, and level conversion devices for nonlinear compensation of sensors or amplifiers.

Signal conditioner
Typical application 1: Communication between the built-in IC piezoelectric acceleration sensor and the acquisition and display device: the ICP piezoelectric acceleration sensor requires a constant current source power supply, typical values: 24VDC, 4mA, rather than the constant voltage source power supply that electronic instruments usually have. The AC signal output by the ICP sensor is proportional to the vibration acceleration and is superimposed on an output bias (8-12V), rather than the common sense of the ground as a reference point. Because of the above two characteristics, the ICP piezoelectric acceleration sensor can not be used directly, and must be powered by the signal conditioner and signal processing before it can communicate with the acquisition and display equipment. Signal conditioner technical indicators:

4) Gain: According to user requirements can be customized between 1-100 default value is 1
