安裝

軸振動(dòng)測(cè)量：一般安裝X、Y方向兩個(gè)傳感器

軸位移測(cè)量：軸向位移的變化

鍵相測(cè)量：通過凹槽或凸鍵產(chǎn)生的脈沖信號(hào)，得出轉(zhuǎn)速或鍵相值

支持的振動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)器和模塊：2300/20、1900/65A、3500/42等3500框架系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測(cè)。

It is mainly used in the following measurements requiring large linear ranges:

Axial (thrust) displacement, piston rod displacement or decline of reciprocating compressors, differential expansion of steam turbines, tachometer and zero speed, phase reference (key phase) signals.

For displacement or vibration measurement in frequency ranges from 0 to 8kHz, typical applications include radial vibration and displacement, axial displacement, and bond phase measurement.

Install

Shaft vibration measurement: Generally installed X, Y direction two sensors

Axial displacement measurement: change in axial displacement

Key phase measurement: Through the pulse signal generated by the groove or convex key, the speed or key phase value is obtained

Supported vibration monitors and modules: 300/20, 1900/65A, 3500/42 and other 3500 frame system monitoring.

Calibration of the approach sensor: Check the linearity of the sensor with the Bentley TK-3E eddy current probe calibrator.
