增強(qiáng)型Keyphasor模塊是一種改進(jìn)的3500系統(tǒng)模塊，136719-01用于提供擴(kuò)展的Keyphasor信號處理能力。與以前的設(shè)計相比，它具有更強(qiáng)的按鍵信號處理能力，同時在形式、配合和功能方面保持了與現(xiàn)有Keyphasor模塊的完全向下兼容性，可用于傳統(tǒng)系統(tǒng)。

The Enhanced Keyphasor module is an improved 3500 system module, 136719-01 to provide extended Keyphasor signal processing capabilities. Compared to previous designs, it has stronger keystroke signal processing capabilities, while maintaining full backward compatibility with existing Keyphasor modules in terms of form, fit and function, and can be used in legacy systems.

The module receives an input signal from a short-range probe or magnetic pickup and converts this signal into a digital keying signal that indicates when the key phase mark on the shaft coincides with the key phase sensor. The 3500 mechanical protection system accepts up to four Keyphasor signals in a normal configuration and up to eight Keyphasor signals in a paired configuration.

The enhanced Keyphasor module 136719-01 has the following features:

Half-height dual-channel module design provides signal processing capability of two channels.

Input signals from proximity probes or magnetic pickups can be received and converted into digital key phaser signals.

Extended key phase signal processing capabilities to provide more accurate key phase marker recognition.

Fully backward compatible with traditional Keyphasor modules, it can be used in traditional systems.

With high reliability and stability, it can operate stably in harsh environments.

It can be used in various industrial automation application scenarios, such as condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of fans, pumps, compressors and other equipment.

It can be integrated with other monitoring devices, controllers and software for remote monitoring and data transfer.
