1756-L75 ControlLogix 增強(qiáng)型冗余系統(tǒng)
冗余功能使系統(tǒng)的可用性更強(qiáng)，它在主控制器機(jī)架中出現(xiàn)故障時(shí)，可將控制權(quán)切換到從控制器機(jī)架。當(dāng)發(fā)生以下故障時(shí)，冗余系統(tǒng)會(huì)將控制權(quán)從主機(jī)架控制切換到從機(jī)架：
? 主機(jī)架掉電
? 主機(jī)架中的任何一個(gè)模塊發(fā)生硬件或固件故障
? 主控制器的用戶程序發(fā)生主要故障
? 主機(jī)架與遠(yuǎn)程 ControlNet 或 EtherNet/IP 模塊之間的通信丟失
? 以太網(wǎng)插線電纜與主機(jī)架中的 EtherNet/IP 通信模塊或ControlNet 通信模塊的 ControlNet 線纜連接器斷開(kāi)連接。
? 在主機(jī)架中拔除或插入任何模塊? 導(dǎo)致切換的用戶命令

Redundancy makes the system more available by switching control to the slave controller rack in the event of a failure in the master controller rack. Redundant systems switch control from mainframe control to slave rack control when the following failures occur:
? The host is powered off
? A hardware or firmware failure occurs in any module of the mainframe
? A major failure occurs in the user program of the master controller
? Loss of communication between the mainframe and remote ControlNet or EtherNet/IP modules
? Disconnect the EtherNet cable from the EtherNet/IP communication module or ControlNet cable connector of the ControlNet communication module.
? Remove or insert any module in the host rack ? The user command that causes the switch
