位移傳感器的位移信號，用于連續(xù)監(jiān)測旋轉(zhuǎn)機械在啟停和運行過程中大軸（轉(zhuǎn)子）的軸向位置或轉(zhuǎn)子因熱膨脹而引起的與汽缸的膨脹差。由于采用非接觸式電渦流位移傳感器，檢測時不受油污、蒸汽等介質(zhì)的影響。當位移量超過報警設(shè)定值時，能自動發(fā)出燈光報警信號和繼電器觸點控制信號輸出。同時備有電流輸出，可方便與DCS、PLC系統(tǒng)及無紙記錄儀連接。儀表留有通信接口，可方便與計算機系統(tǒng)或掌上電腦連接，進行儀表參數(shù)現(xiàn)場組態(tài)、數(shù)據(jù)采集，便于分析，用以防止機器的損壞。

The displacement signal of the displacement sensor is used to continuously monitor the axial position of the large shaft (rotor) during the start, stop and operation of the rotating machinery or the expansion difference between the rotor and the cylinder caused by thermal expansion. When the displacement exceeds the alarm setting value, the light alarm signal and relay contact control signal output can be automatically issued. At the same time, the current output can be easily connected with DCS, PLC system and paperless recorder. The instrument has a communication interface, which can be easily connected with the computer system or the palm computer, for the on-site configuration of the instrument parameters, data acquisition, easy analysis, and to prevent the damage of the machine.
