艾默生分組成：傳感器、延伸線、前置器。在訂貨時必須選擇傳感器的安裝螺紋形式、螺紋長度、金屬鎧裝、中間接頭、延伸線長度、前置器類型。傳感器螺紋形式用于傳感器在支架上固定時安裝螺紋的規(guī)范，有兩種尺寸可以選擇：公制：M10*1，英制：3/8”-24UNF。螺紋長度用于在安裝時調(diào)節(jié)探頭表面與支架的距離，長度越長，可調(diào)節(jié)長度越長。必須注意的是安裝空間是否可以容納更長的探頭體。金屬鎧裝指在延伸電纜外的不銹鋼金屬保護套管。

在傳感器延伸線上可選1m處接頭，接頭的作用是方便安裝，如果采用套筒式支架，必須選用帶中間接頭的傳感器。前置器可選防爆級別的型號CON011或標準型前置器CON021。當渦流傳感器用于軸振測量時，通常選擇探頭直徑8mm，線性工作范圍為2mm的傳感器PR6423系列。

When eddy current sensors are used for shaft vibration measurement, the PR6423 series with probe diameter of 8mm and linear operating range of 2mm is usually selected.
