技術特點:
采用高性能的32位浮點DSP(120MFLOPS，40MHz)、FPGA與FLASH技術
控制器可同時控制8個伺服軸或4個步進軸，并可實現(xiàn)伺服軸與步進軸的任意組合
可編程的伺服周期，刷新頻率達到5-10kHz
運動方式：單軸點位運動、直線插補、圓弧插補、速度控制、手脈運動、電子齒輪及智能原點搜尋
運動模式包括可編程的不對稱梯形曲線與S-形曲線
對所有運動模式，在運動過程中可修改運動參數(shù)
板上輔助編碼器可實現(xiàn)雙閉環(huán)反饋控制
32位的計算與參數(shù)寄存器
控制策略：PID+速度前饋+加速度前饋的控制算法、低通濾波、帶通濾波與抑制漂移等
帶有微分增益濾波，積分限制和抑制飽和功能的多級PID調節(jié)器，另有雙閉環(huán)反饋功能（可選）
同步處理外部事件，提供通用高速數(shù)字I/O，可被用于位置捕獲，位置比較，脈沖信號產(chǎn)生等
運動監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)可獲取有目標速度、運動完成、參考速度與參考位置信息
跟蹤窗口可實時監(jiān)視運動過程
可消除由于參考輸入信號的突然改變或大的干擾引起的控制輸出飽和
根據(jù)用戶指定的單位調節(jié)參數(shù)
可用于組織PLC控制的靈活的邏輯界面
自動原點定位包含有搜查原點位置
自動停止功能使運動更安全

Technical features:

The controller can control 8 servo shafts or 4 stepper shafts at the same time, and can realize any combination of servo shaft and stepper shaft
Programmable servo cycle, refresh frequency up to 5-10kHz
Motion mode: single-axis point motion, linear interpolation, circular interpolation, speed control, hand pulse motion, electronic gear and intelligent origin search
The motion modes include programmable asymmetrical trapezoidal curves and S-shaped curves
For all motion modes, motion parameters can be modified during motion
The auxiliary encoder on board can realize double closed-loop feedback control
32-bit calculation and parameter register
Control strategy: PID+ speed feedforward + acceleration feedforward control algorithm, low-pass filtering, band-pass filtering and suppression drift
Multistage PID regulator with differential gain filtering, integral limiting and saturation suppression, plus double closed-loop feedback (optional)
Simultaneous processing of external events provides universal high-speed digital I/O, which can be used for position capture, position comparison, pulse signal generation, and more
The motion monitoring system can obtain the information of target speed, motion completion, reference speed and reference position
The tracking window monitors the movement process in real time
Control output saturation due to sudden changes in the reference input signal or large interference can be eliminated
Adjust parameters according to the user specified unit
Flexible logic interface for organizing PLC controls
Automatic origin location includes searching the origin location
The automatic stop function makes exercise safer
