液位傳感器（也稱為靜壓液位計(jì)、液位變送器、水位傳感器）319554是一種測(cè)量液位的壓力傳感器。它基于所測(cè)液體靜壓與該液體的高度成比例的原理，利用隔離型擴(kuò)散硅敏感元件或陶瓷電容壓力敏感傳感器，將靜壓轉(zhuǎn)換為電信號(hào)。再經(jīng)過(guò)溫度補(bǔ)償和線性修正，轉(zhuǎn)化成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電信號(hào)（一般為4～20mA/1～5VDC）。

液位傳感器廣泛應(yīng)用于石油化工、冶金、電力、制藥、供排水、環(huán)保等系統(tǒng)和行業(yè)的各種介質(zhì)的液位測(cè)量。

液位傳感器分為接觸式和非接觸式兩類。319554接觸式包括單法蘭靜壓/雙法蘭差壓液位變送器、浮球式液位變送器、磁性液位變送器、投入式液位變送器、電動(dòng)內(nèi)浮球液位變送器、電動(dòng)浮筒液位變送器、電容式液位變送器、磁致伸縮液位變送器、伺服液位變送器等。非接觸式則分為超聲波液位變送器和雷達(dá)液位變送器等。

液位傳感器的特點(diǎn)包括安裝方便、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、經(jīng)濟(jì)耐用，并具有反向保護(hù)、限流保護(hù)電路。當(dāng)安裝時(shí)正負(fù)極接反時(shí)，它不會(huì)損壞變送器，而在異常情況下，送器會(huì)自動(dòng)限流在35MA以內(nèi)。此外，它還具有高可靠性、使用壽命長(zhǎng)、固態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)、無(wú)可動(dòng)部件等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Level sensor (also known as static pressure level gauge, level transmitter, water level sensor) 319554 is a pressure sensor that measures liquid level. Based on the principle that the measured hydrostatic pressure is proportional to the height of the liquid, the static pressure is converted into an electrical signal using an isolated diffused silicon sensor or a ceramic capacitive pressure sensor. After temperature compensation and linear correction, it is converted into a standard electrical signal (generally 4 ~ 20mA/1 ~ 5VDC).

Liquid level sensor is widely used in petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power, pharmaceutical, water supply and drainage, environmental protection and other systems and industries of various media liquid level measurement.

Liquid level sensors are classified into contact and non-contact types. 319554 Contact type includes single flange static pressure/double flange differential pressure level transmitter, float ball level transmitter, magnetic level transmitter, input level transmitter, electric internal float ball level transmitter, electric float level transmitter, capacitive level transmitter, magnetostrictive level transmitter, servo level transmitter, etc. The non-contact type is divided into ultrasonic level transmitter and radar level transmitter.

The characteristics of the liquid level sensor include easy installation, simple structure, economic and durable, and has reverse protection, current limiting protection circuit. When the positive and negative electrodes are reversed during installation, it will not damage the transmitter, and in abnormal circumstances, the transmitter will automatically limit the current to 35MA. In addition, it also has high reliability, long service life, solid structure, no moving parts and other advantages.
