保運輸，并客戶對含鋰電池貨物的運輸需求，根據(jù)航協(xié)《危險物品規(guī)則》的相關(guān)規(guī)定，制定出可充電型鋰電池操作規(guī)范,即UN3481運輸認(rèn)證（UNDOT）的。
根據(jù)規(guī)章要求，公司和貨物收運部門應(yīng)對鋰電池進(jìn)行運輸文件，重要的是每種型號的鋰電池UN38.3檢測報告。該報告可由的第三方檢測機(jī)構(gòu)（如德普華檢測），也可由具備檢測能力的電池生產(chǎn)廠家提供。如不能提供此項檢測報告，將禁止鋰電池進(jìn)行運輸。
UN3481運輸認(rèn)證是指在針對危險品運輸專門制定的，必須要通過高度模擬、高低溫循環(huán)、振動試驗、沖擊試驗、55℃外短路、撞擊試驗、過充電試驗、強(qiáng)制放電試驗，才能保證鋰電池運輸。如果鋰電池與設(shè)備沒有安裝在一起，則還須通過1.2米跌落試驗。

UN3481 Transport Certification Overview
To ensure transportation, and the customer’s transportation needs for goods containing lithium batteries, according to the relevant provisions of the Association’s “Dangerous Goods Rules”, the rechargeable lithium battery operation specification has been developed, that is, UN3481 Transport certification (UNDOT).
According to the requirements of the regulations, the company and the cargo receiving and shipping department should carry out transportation documents for lithium batteries, and the important thing is the UN38.3 test report of each type of lithium battery. The report can be provided by a third-party testing organization (such as Depowah Testing), or by a pool manufacturer with testing capabilities. If this test report cannot be provided, lithium batteries will be prohibited for transport.
UN3481 transportation certification refers to the transportation of dangerous goods specially developed, must pass the height simulation, high and low temperature cycle, vibration test, impact test, 55℃ external short circuit, impact test, overcharge test, forced discharge test, in order to ensure the transportation of lithium batteries.
