The 3500/62 Process Variable Monitor module is a device used to monitor a variety of critical parameters in industrial processes, including but not limited to pressure, flow, temperature and level. The module receives the input signal from the sensor, processes and converts the signal, and finally outputs the standard signal reflecting the state of the process variable for the control system or the operator to monitor and make decisions.

The working principle of 3500/62 process variable monitor module mainly includes three steps: signal acquisition, signal processing and signal output. In the signal acquisition stage, the module senses various parameter changes in the industrial process through sensors and converts them into electrical signals; In the signal processing stage, the module filters, amplifies and linearizes the collected electrical signal to eliminate interference and error and improve the measurement accuracy. In the signal output phase, the module converts the processed signal into a standard signal, such as a 4-20mA current signal or a 0-10V voltage signal, for use by other devices or systems.
