英文名：Tension Control Systems 張力控制系統(tǒng)MAGPOWR（型號美塞斯MC01/400/830/1898）往往是張力傳感器和張力控制器的一種系統(tǒng)集成，主要應(yīng)用于冶金，造紙，薄膜，染整，織布，塑膠，線材等設(shè)備上，是一種實現(xiàn)恒張力或者錐度張力控制的自動控制系統(tǒng)，其作用主要是實現(xiàn)輥間的同步，收卷和放卷的均勻控制包括機器的加速、減速和勻速。若張力不足，則原料形變過度；若張力過大，原料又易被拉斷。
一套典型的張力控制系統(tǒng)主要由張力控制器，張力讀出器，張力檢測器，制動器和離合器構(gòu)成。根據(jù)環(huán)路可分為開環(huán)，閉環(huán)或自由環(huán)張力控制系統(tǒng)；根據(jù)對不同卷材的監(jiān)測方式又可分為超聲波式，浮輥式，跟蹤臂式等，圖1為一個典型的閉環(huán)張力控制系統(tǒng)。
