The TRICONEX 4119A is a functional safety certified rod lock that provides machine manufacturers with a reliable, proven safety solution for emergency stop and precision hold applications. Manufactured by TRICONEX, this lever lock is the first in North America to receive the Intertek Functional Safety (FS) mark, certified to ISO 13849-1 (Class B to 4 and PLa to PLe performance grades).

Precise hold: The rod lock guarantees precise positioning and provides precise clamping when performing other operations. Because the rod lock does not cause any rod displacement when engaged and has an extremely low backlash, it is ideal for precision applications.
