PLC輸出模塊內(nèi)的小型繼電器的觸點很小，斷弧能力很差，不能直接用于廠級～220V～380V電路中，必須用PLC驅(qū)動外部繼電器，用外部繼電器的觸點驅(qū)動～380v的負載。同時較多的AC220V～380V電磁閥內(nèi)部有與其線圈串聯(lián)的限位開關常閉觸點，電磁閥線圈通電，閥芯動作后，是用閥內(nèi)部的觸點來斷開電路的。在這種情況下，要選用觸點較小的小型繼電器來轉(zhuǎn)接PLC的輸出信號。本系統(tǒng)中用到了大功率可控硅裝置，PLC應遠離強干擾源。PLC不能與高壓電器安裝在同一個開關柜內(nèi)，在柜內(nèi)PLC應遠離動力線(二者之間的距離應大于200mm)。與PLC裝在同一個開關柜內(nèi)的電感性元件，如繼電器、接觸器的線圈，應并聯(lián)RC消弧電路。PLC的I/O線與大功率線應分開走線，如必須要在同一線槽中布線，信號線應使用屏蔽電纜。交流線與直流線應分別使用不同的電纜，開關量、模擬量I/O線應分開敷設，后者應采用屏蔽線。不同類型的線應分別裝入不同的電纜管或電纜槽中，并使其有盡可能大的空間距離，由于本系統(tǒng)CC－bbbb要完成所有數(shù)據(jù)通信，因此對通信電纜要求可靠性高應選用CC－bbbb推薦并提供的專用電纜。

At the same time, more AC220V ~ 380V solenoid valves have a limit switch normally closed contact in series with its coil, and the solenoid valve coil is energized, and after the spool action, the contact inside the valve is used to disconnect the circuit. In this case, a small relay with smaller contacts should be used to transfer the output signal of the PLC. This system uses high-power thyristor device, PLC should be away from strong interference sources. PLC can not be installed in the same switch cabinet with high voltage appliances, and the PLC should be far from the power line in the cabinet (the distance between the two should be greater than 200mm). The inductive components installed in the same switch cabinet with the PLC, such as relays and contactor coils, should be connected to the RC arc suppression circuit. The PLC I/O line and the high-power line should be separated from the line, if it must be routed in the same slot, the signal line should use a shielded cable. Ac line and DC line should use different cables, switching quantity, analog quantity I/O line should be laid separately, the latter should use shielding line. Different types of lines should be loaded into different cable tubes or cable slots, and make it as large a space distance as possible, because the system CC-bbbb to complete all data communication, so the communication cable requirements for high reliability should be selected CC-bbbb recommended and provided special cables.
