描述

可控硅整流器：是一種以晶閘管（電力電子功率器件）為基礎(chǔ)，以智能數(shù)字控制電路為核心的電源功率控制電器。具有效率高、無機(jī)械噪聲和磨損、響應(yīng)速度快、體積小、重量輕等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

通常用雙三極管來描述可控硅的四層結(jié)構(gòu)，看成一NPN和PNP晶體管的互聯(lián). 若兩晶體管的共基極電流放大系數(shù)分別為α₁和α₂(均為工作狀態(tài)的函數(shù))，導(dǎo)通的必要條件是α₁+α₂?₁.阻斷狀態(tài)下， 兩晶體管的電流放大系數(shù)均很小;若在正向阻斷狀態(tài)下，于控制極注入一正向電流，則NPN管的電流放大系數(shù)α₁迅速增大，并導(dǎo)致α₂的增大，從而滿足導(dǎo)通條件
