7CP476-020是一款觸摸屏,是一種可接收觸頭等輸入訊號(hào)的感應(yīng)式液晶顯示裝置,當(dāng)接觸了屏幕上的圖形按鈕時(shí),屏幕上的觸覺(jué)反饋系統(tǒng)可根據(jù)預(yù)先編程的程式驅(qū)動(dòng)各種連結(jié)裝置,可用以取代機(jī)械式的按鈕面板,并借由液晶顯示畫(huà)面制造出生動(dòng)的影音效果。
7CP476-020一般包括觸摸屏控制器(卡)和觸摸檢測(cè)裝置兩個(gè)部分。其中,觸控屏控制器(卡)的主要作用是從觸摸點(diǎn)檢測(cè)裝置上接收觸摸信息,并將它轉(zhuǎn)換成觸點(diǎn)坐標(biāo),再送給CPU,它同時(shí)能接收CPU發(fā)來(lái)的命令并加以執(zhí)行;觸摸檢測(cè)裝置一般安裝在顯示器的前端,主要作用是檢測(cè)用戶的觸摸位置,并傳送給觸控屏控制卡。
根據(jù)工作原理,觸摸屏可以分為多種類(lèi)型,例如電阻式觸摸屏、電容式觸摸屏、紅外線式觸摸屏等。電阻式觸摸屏利用壓力感應(yīng)進(jìn)行控制,當(dāng)手指觸摸屏幕時(shí),兩層導(dǎo)電層在觸摸點(diǎn)位置就有了接觸,電阻發(fā)生變化,然后送觸摸屏控制器。控制器偵測(cè)到這一接觸并計(jì)算出位置,再根據(jù)模擬鼠標(biāo)的方式運(yùn)作。而電容式觸摸屏依靠檢測(cè)屏幕上某個(gè)或些點(diǎn)的微小電容值變化來(lái)進(jìn)行判斷觸點(diǎn)。紅外線式觸摸屏則是在顯示器上加上光點(diǎn)距架框,無(wú)需在屏幕表面加上涂層或接駁控制器,光點(diǎn)距架框的四邊排列了紅外線發(fā)射管及接收管,在屏幕表面形成一個(gè)紅外線網(wǎng),用戶以手指觸摸屏幕某一點(diǎn),便會(huì)擋住經(jīng)過(guò)該位置的橫豎兩條紅外線,計(jì)算機(jī)便可即時(shí)算出觸摸點(diǎn)位置。

7CP476-020 generally includes two parts: a touch screen controller (card) and a touch detection device. Among them, the main function of the touch screen controller (card) is to receive touch information from the touch point detection device, and convert it into contact coordinates, and then send to the CPU, it can receive the command sent by the CPU and execute it; The touch detection device is generally installed in the front end of the display, and its main function is to detect the user’s touch position and transmit it to the touch screen control card.
According to the working principle, the touch screen can be divided into many types, such as resistive touch screen, capacitive touch screen, infrared touch screen and so on. Resistive touch screen uses pressure sensing to control, when the finger touches the screen, the two conductive layers have contact at the touch point position, the resistance changes, and then send the touch screen controller. The controller detects this contact and calculates the position, then operates in a manner that simulates a mouse. Capacitive touch screens rely on detecting small capacitance changes at one or more points on the screen to determine the contact. Infrared touch screen is on the display with a light point distance frame, no need to add coating on the screen surface or connect the controller, the light point distance frame is arranged on the four sides of the infrared transmitting tube and receiving tube, forming an infrared network on the screen surface, the user touches a point on the screen, it will block the two infrared rays passing through the position. The computer can then calculate the position of the touch point in real time.
