印制線路板具有良好的產(chǎn)品一致性,它可以采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì),有利于在生產(chǎn)過程中實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化和自動(dòng)化。同時(shí),整塊經(jīng)過裝配調(diào)試的印制線路板可以作為一個(gè)獨(dú)立的備件,便于整機(jī)產(chǎn)品的互換與維修。目前,印制線路板已經(jīng)極其廣泛地應(yīng)用在電子產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)制造中。

PCB在電子設(shè)備中具有如下功能。
(1 )提供集成電路等各種電子元器件固定、裝配的機(jī)械支承,實(shí)現(xiàn)集成電路等各種電子元器件之間的布線和電氣連接或電絕緣,提供所要求的電氣特
性。
(2)為自動(dòng)焊接提供阻焊圖形,為元器件插裝、檢查、維修提供識(shí)別字符和圖形。
(3)電子設(shè)備采用印制板后,由于同類印制板的一致性,避免了人工接線的差錯(cuò),并可實(shí)現(xiàn)電子元器件自動(dòng)插裝或貼裝、自動(dòng)焊錫、自動(dòng)檢測(cè),保證了電子產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,提高了勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率、降低了成本,并便于維修。
(4)在高速或高頻電路中為電路提供所需的電氣特性、特性阻抗和電磁兼容特性。
(5)內(nèi)部嵌入無源元器件的印制板,提供了-定的電氣功能,簡(jiǎn)化了電子安裝程序,提高了產(chǎn)品的可靠性。
(6)在大規(guī)模和超大規(guī)模的電子封裝元器件中,為電子元器件小型化的芯片封裝提供了有效的芯片載體。
