輸入電路連接輸入電路是PLC接收信號(hào)(-般為0-40MA直 流電流或0-10V直流電壓信號(hào)，用于模擬)的端口，輸入連接是指外部輸入器件(任何無(wú)源觸點(diǎn)和集電極打開(kāi)的NPN三極管)通過(guò)輸入電路閉合,同時(shí)輸入指示發(fā)光二_極管。常用的外部輸入設(shè)備包括按鈕、接近開(kāi)關(guān)、轉(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān)、dip開(kāi)關(guān)、 各種電感器等，它們是向系統(tǒng)發(fā)出各種控制信號(hào)的主要命令電器。

(1) PLC輸入模塊與主電氣設(shè)備的連接
圖中松下PLC為直流點(diǎn)輸入，即這樣輸入點(diǎn)共用一-個(gè)共同端子COM, COM端帶DC24V電源，編寫(xiě)程序時(shí)要注意使用的外部設(shè)備是常閉觸點(diǎn)還是常開(kāi)觸點(diǎn)。

輸入端電氣原理圖中的停止按鈕SB0使用串在控制線上的常閉觸點(diǎn)進(jìn)行關(guān)斷控制。啟動(dòng)按鈕SB1,觸點(diǎn)常開(kāi)。設(shè)計(jì)中的兩個(gè)梯形圖實(shí)現(xiàn)了相同的控制功能，但停止信號(hào)X0使用不同的觸點(diǎn)類(lèi)型，因此連接端點(diǎn)的外部停止按鈕觸點(diǎn)類(lèi)型不同。

/O分配s0-x0、s_ 1-x1,輸出K0-Y0。 當(dāng)外部使用長(zhǎng)閉合觸點(diǎn)時(shí)，不操作按鈕，輸出Y0正常連接,在PLC控制系統(tǒng)中，外部開(kāi)關(guān)無(wú)論啟動(dòng)或停止一般選擇常開(kāi)型。

(2)接近開(kāi)關(guān)與PLC輸入模塊之間的連接在PLC控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中的布線工作比例很小，但它是編程設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)。為了保證接線工作正確，需要對(duì)PLC的輸入輸出電路有一個(gè)清晰的認(rèn)識(shí)。

1. PLC直流輸入電路:有源型(共陽(yáng)極)輸入電路，漏電型(共陰極)輸入電路。所以PLC漏電輸入電路的COM端是外部直流電源的正極,如西門(mén)子S7-400PLC直流輸入模塊的COM端必須接在外部直流電源的正極上。所以西門(mén)子PLC輸入的信號(hào)為低壓信號(hào),如果外部信號(hào)為高壓信號(hào)則應(yīng)通過(guò)中間繼電器進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)換。

2.PLC交流輸入電路電壓一般為AC120V或AC230V, 經(jīng)過(guò)電阻限流和電容隔離后整流成直流三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，因此輸入信號(hào)延遲時(shí)間比直流電路長(zhǎng),但輸入端電壓高，輸入信號(hào)可靠性高，- 般用于環(huán)境惡劣，響應(yīng)性不高的場(chǎng)合。

(3)開(kāi)關(guān)信號(hào)與PLC輸入模塊的連接對(duì)于不同的PLC輸入電路應(yīng)正確選擇傳感器(NPN或PNP)的輸入方式，NPN型傳感器動(dòng)作時(shí)，OUT端為0V，(NPN型輸出端OUT應(yīng)接漏電型PLC輸入端)輸出低電平信號(hào)。PNP傳感器動(dòng)作, OUT端為+V,輸出高電平信號(hào)。

(1) Connection between PLC input module and main electrical equipment
The Panasonic PLC in the figure is a DC point input, that is, the input point shares a common terminal COM, COM end with DC24V power supply, when writing the program, pay attention to the use of external equipment is normally closed contact or normally open contact.

The stop button SB0 in the input electrical schematic uses normally closed contacts strung along the control line for shutdown control. Start button SB1, contact normally open. The two trapezoids in the design implement the same control function, but the stop signal X0 uses different contact types, so the external stop button contact types connecting the endpoints are different.

/O allocates s0-x0, s_ 1-x1, and outputs K0-Y0. When the external use of long closed contact, do not operate the button, the output Y0 normal connection, in the PLC control system, the external switch whether start or stop generally choose normally open type.

(2) The connection between the proximity switch and the PLC input module has a small wiring work proportion in the design of the PLC control system, but it is the basis of programming design. In order to ensure that the wiring works correctly, it is necessary to have a clear understanding of the input and output circuits of the PLC.

1.PLC DC input circuit: active type (common anode) input circuit, leakage type (common cathode) input circuit. Therefore, the COM end of the PLC leakage input circuit is the positive terminal of the external DC power supply, such as the COM end of the Siemens S7-400PLC DC input module must be connected to the positive terminal of the external DC power supply. Therefore, the input signal of Siemens PLC is a low-voltage signal, and if the external signal is a high-voltage signal, it should be converted by an intermediate relay.

2.PLC AC input circuit voltage is generally AC120V or AC230V, rectified into DC three links after resistance current limiting and capacitor isolation, so the input signal delay time is longer than the direct current circuit, but the input terminal voltage is high, the input signal reliability is high, generally used in bad environment, responsiveness is not high occasions.

(3) The connection between the switch signal and the PLC input module for different PLC input circuits should correctly select the input mode of the sensor (NPN or PNP), when the NPN type sensor is operated, the OUT end is 0V, (NPN type output OUT should be connected to the leakage type PLC input end) output low level signal. PNP sensor action, OUT end is +V, output high level signal.
