關(guān)于ABB機(jī)器人I/O通信接口的說(shuō)明
1、ABB標(biāo)準(zhǔn)I/O板提供的常用信號(hào)處理有數(shù)字輸入di、數(shù)字輸出do、模擬輸入ai、模擬輸出AO,以及輸送鏈跟蹤。
2、ABB機(jī)器人可以選配標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ABB的PLC，省去了原來(lái)與外部PLC進(jìn)行通信設(shè)置的麻煩，并且在機(jī)器人的示教器上能實(shí)現(xiàn)與PLC相關(guān)的操作。
功能特點(diǎn)：
1、采用高速16位A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器，測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)穩(wěn)定，重復(fù)性好；
2、自動(dòng)程控電流源技術(shù)，電流源共設(shè)1000個(gè)電流檔位，由內(nèi)部微控制器根據(jù)被測(cè)電阻自動(dòng)控制，從而達(dá)到比較寬的測(cè)量范圍。
