85UVF1-1QDK3 火焰檢測(cè)器

概述：Fireye生產(chǎn)的Phoenix 85UVF/IRF系列火焰檢測(cè)器是應(yīng)用了固態(tài)火焰檢測(cè)傳感器的微處理器設(shè)備。它設(shè)有一個(gè)可以自動(dòng)設(shè)定ON/OFF （有火/無火）門檻值的內(nèi)部繼電器，因此可以取消遠(yuǎn)程放大器或者火焰開關(guān)。

Phoenix火檢探頭檢測(cè)目標(biāo)火焰產(chǎn)生的調(diào)制振幅（即火焰閃爍特性），以檢測(cè)寬廣的頻率。在探頭的設(shè)定程序中，目標(biāo)火焰的振幅將會(huì)與最佳的ON/OFF值一起被自動(dòng)儲(chǔ)存。相應(yīng)適合的傳感器增益也將被自動(dòng)選取。探頭兼有全部自診斷和電子自檢功能。

Phoenix 85UVF/IRF因?yàn)闄z測(cè)元件和適用危險(xiǎn)區(qū)不同級(jí)別的認(rèn)證不同而分成多種型號(hào)Phoenix 85UVF/IRF火焰探頭需24Vdc供電，通過8針電氣快拆接頭與電纜連接（QD型號(hào)）。還有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)4-20mA火焰強(qiáng)度信號(hào)輸出。

注意: QD型號(hào)的接線形式改為電氣快拆接頭連接，替代了原有的自帶3米長(zhǎng)電纜的探頭型號(hào)。
QD探頭（相應(yīng)電纜型號(hào)為59-546-X）可直接應(yīng)用于Class I Division 2危險(xiǎn)區(qū)。因而取消了“EX”型號(hào)，應(yīng)用于Ex II 2 G/D 類危險(xiǎn)區(qū)的“CEX”型號(hào)保留不變。

應(yīng)用：Phoenix 85UVF 自檢探頭可檢測(cè)295-340nm波長(zhǎng)的紫外線。Phoenix 85UVF1-1QDK3和85UVF1-1CEXK3火檢探頭是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Phoenix產(chǎn)品的衍生，使用先進(jìn)的光學(xué)濾鏡。該濾鏡調(diào)節(jié)了光學(xué)靈敏度，可探測(cè)310nm到500nm波長(zhǎng)的可見光。

Overview: Fireye’s Phoenix 85UVF/IRF series flame detectors are microprocessor devices with solid-state flame detection sensors. It has an internal relay that automatically sets the ON/OFF (fire/no fire) threshold, so remote amplifiers or flame switches can be cancelled.

The Phoenix fire detector detects the modulated amplitude (i.e. flame flicker characteristics) generated by the target flame to detect a wide range of frequencies. The amplitude of the target flame is automatically stored along with the optimal ON/OFF value during the probe setup program. The appropriate sensor gain will also be selected automatically. The probe has full self-diagnostic and electronic self-test functions.

The Phoenix 85UVF/IRF is divided into various models due to different levels of certification for different detection components and applicable danger zones. The Phoenix 85UVF/IRF flame probe requires a 24Vdc power supply and is connected to a cable via an 8-pin electrical quick-release connector (QD model). There is also a standard 4-20mA flame intensity signal output.

Note: The QD model has an electrical quick-release connection instead of the original probe model with a 3-meter cable.
The QD probe (corresponding cable model 59-546-X) can be directly applied to Class I Division 2 danger areas. The “EX” model was therefore eliminated and the “CEX” model for use in the Ex II 2 G/D danger zone remained unchanged.

Application: The Phoenix 85UVF self-test probe can detect ultraviolet light at 295-340nm wavelengths. The Phoenix 85UVF1-1QDK3 and 85UVF1-1CEXK3 fire detectors are derivatives of the standard Phoenix products and use advanced optical filters. The filter adjusts the optical sensitivity to detect visible light at wavelengths from 310nm to 500nm.
