8C-PAINA1 控制器

霍尼韋爾的8C-PAINA1控制器為分布式控制系統(tǒng)(DCS)提供強大而穩(wěn)健的控制。8C-PAINA1是運行霍尼韋爾現(xiàn)場驗證的確定性控制執(zhí)行環(huán)境(CEE)核心軟件的節(jié)點。CEE軟件提供了優(yōu)越的控制執(zhí)行和調(diào)度環(huán)境。每個控制節(jié)點的控制策略都是通過一個通用的Control Builder(一個簡單直觀的工程工具)配置和加載的。

除了標準和健壯的預構建功能塊和算法庫外，8C-PAINA1控制器還支持自定義算法塊(cab)。自定義算法塊在目的和結(jié)構上與Control Builder分發(fā)的標準功能塊相似。然而，cab具有用戶定義的算法和數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構，允許針對特定需求開發(fā)定制的策略。

8C-PAINA1控制器與系列8 I/O共享其硬件設計，提供創(chuàng)新設計，減少占地面積，減少安裝和維護成本。C300控制模塊安裝在C300 IOTA (InputOutput Termination Assembly)上。8C-PAINA1 IOTA只包含無源設備，如FTE地址交換機。

8C-PAINA1 控制器

Honeywell’s 8C-PAINA1 Controller provides powerful and robust control for the distributed control system (DCS). The 8C-PAINA1 is a node in operating Honeywell’s field-proven deterministic Control Execution Environment (CEE)core software. The CEE software provides a superior control execution and scheduling environment. Controlstrategies for each controller node are configured and loaded through a common Control Builder, an easy andintuitive engineering tool.

In addition to a standard and robust library of pre-built function blocks and algorithms, the 8C-PAINA1 Controller alsosupports Custom Algorithm Blocks (CABs). Custom Algorithm Blocks are similar in purpose and structure to thestandard function blocks that are distributed with Control Builder. However, CABs have user-defined algorithmsand data structures, allowing custom tailored strategies to be developed to specific requirements.

The 8C-PAINA1 controller shares its hardware design with the Series 8 I/O, offering an innovative design that reducesfootprint and installation and maintenance costs. The C300 controller module is mounted on the C300 InputOutput Termination Assembly (IOTA). The 8C-PAINA1 IOTA contains only passive devices such as FTE addressswitches.
