該變送器是一款兩線制、環(huán)形供電的設(shè)備，可以接收本特利3300 Nsv電渦流傳感器系統(tǒng)，變送器可以將信號調(diào)整為相應(yīng)的振動峰值單位，并將此值按比例變成4-20mA的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模擬信號提供給控制系統(tǒng)，以實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)組的保護(hù)、報(bào)警和邏輯控制。

· 非正常信號故障電路可防止由于傳感器發(fā)生故障或鏈接松動而導(dǎo)致的高輸出或假報(bào)警

Product details

990 vibration transmitters are mainly centrifugal air compressors, small water pumps, motors, fans equipment manufacturers (Oems) in order to send simple vibration signals to 4-20mA signals in proportion to the equipment control system.

The transmitter is a two-wire, ring-powered device that can receive the Bentley 3300 Nsv eddy current sensor system, the transmitter can adjust the signal to the corresponding vibration peak unit, and this value is proportional to the 4-20mA standard analog signal provided to the control system to achieve unit protection, alarm and logic control.

· Integrated preprocessor unit, no external device required

Non-isolated “out” and “com” terminals plus coaxial connectors provide dynamic vibration and gap voltage signal output for fault diagnosis

· Zero point potentiometer and range potentiometer support loop regulation and will not restrict each other

· Using function generator as input, the loop signal output can be quickly verified at the test input

The power-on suppression circuit can eliminate errors caused by transient voltage signals of the line

· Abnormal signal failure circuit prevents high output or false alarms due to faulty sensors or loose links

· The sealing structure is suitable for high humidity (100% condensation) environment

· Compatible with 3300Nsv sensors, can be installed in tight Spaces
