伺服電機(jī)，按控制命令的要求、對功率進(jìn)行放大、變換與調(diào)控等處理，使驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置輸出的力矩、速度和位置控制的非常靈活方便。
由于它的“伺服”性能，因此它就被命名為伺服電機(jī)。其功能是將輸入的電壓控制信號轉(zhuǎn)為軸上輸出的角位移和角速度驅(qū)動(dòng)控制對象。
伺服電機(jī)一般分為兩大類:直流伺服電機(jī)、交流伺服電機(jī)。
交流伺服電機(jī)內(nèi)部的轉(zhuǎn)子是永磁鐵，驅(qū)動(dòng)器控制的UN/W三相電形成電磁場，轉(zhuǎn)子在此磁場的作用下轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，同時(shí)電機(jī)自帶的編碼器反饋信號給驅(qū)動(dòng)
器，驅(qū)動(dòng)器根據(jù)反饋值與目標(biāo)值進(jìn)行比較，調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的角度。
交流伺服電機(jī)在沒有控制電壓時(shí)，定子內(nèi)只有勵(lì)磁繞組產(chǎn)生的脈動(dòng)磁場，轉(zhuǎn)子靜止不動(dòng)。當(dāng)有控制電壓時(shí)，定子內(nèi)便產(chǎn)生一個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場, 轉(zhuǎn)子沿旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場的方向旋轉(zhuǎn)，在負(fù)載恒定的情況下，電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速隨控制電壓的大小而變化，當(dāng)控制電壓的相位相反時(shí)，伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)將反轉(zhuǎn)。

The rotor inside the AC servo motor is a permanent magnet, and the UN/W three-phase electricity controlled by the driver forms an electromagnetic field. The rotor rotates under the action of this magnetic field, and the encoder with the motor gives feedback signals to the drive
The driver adjusts the rotation Angle of the rotor according to the feedback value compared with the target value.
When the AC servo motor has no control voltage, only the pulsating magnetic field generated by the excitation winding is in the stator, and the rotor is stationary. When there is a control voltage, a rotating magnetic field is generated in the stator, the rotor rotates in the direction of the rotating magnetic field, in the case of constant load, the speed of the motor changes with the size of the control voltage, when the phase of the control voltage is opposite, the servo motor will reverse.
