硬反饋作用過程是調(diào)速器實現(xiàn)精確控制的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。當調(diào)節(jié)達到目標時,硬反饋機制會終止調(diào)節(jié)過程,防止過度調(diào)節(jié)或調(diào)節(jié)不足。

At this time, the rotational speed of the centrifugal pendulum in the governor will rise synchronously, resulting in the increase of centrifugal force on the centrifugal pendulum weight and the outer tension of the weight block. This action will drive the pilot valve rotation sleeve to move up, thereby opening the channel in the pilot valve, so that the oil in the upper chamber of the auxiliary relay is discharged, resulting in the upper chamber pressure is less than the lower chamber pressure. Subsequently, the main distribution valve body moves up together with the auxiliary relay piston to connect the pressure oil to the main distribution valve closing chamber, and the main relay piston moves to the right. This series of mechanical actions will reduce the opening of the water guide blade, thereby reducing the flow into the turbine, so that the unit stops accelerating and returns to the rated speed.
The process of hard feedback is the key link to realize precise control of the governor. When the adjustment reaches its goal, the hard feedback mechanism terminates the adjustment process and prevents over – or under-adjustment.
