AKM52K-ACCNR是一款伺服電機(jī)，伺服系統(tǒng)中控制機(jī)械元件運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的發(fā)動機(jī)，是一種補(bǔ)助馬達(dá)間接變速裝置。其作用是將電壓信號轉(zhuǎn)化為轉(zhuǎn)矩和轉(zhuǎn)速以驅(qū)動控制對象，從而使控制速度、位置精度非常準(zhǔn)確。伺服電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速受輸入信號控制，并能快速反應(yīng)，因此在自動控制系統(tǒng)中，它用作執(zhí)行元件，并具有機(jī)電時間常數(shù)小、線性度高等特性。伺服電機(jī)可以將所收到的電信號轉(zhuǎn)換成電動機(jī)軸上的角位移或角速度輸出。

伺服電機(jī)分為直流和交流伺服電動機(jī)兩大類，AKM52K-ACCNR的主要特點(diǎn)是，當(dāng)信號電壓為零時，無自轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象，且轉(zhuǎn)速隨著轉(zhuǎn)矩的增加而勻速下降。交流伺服電機(jī)的工作原理是，其內(nèi)部的轉(zhuǎn)子是永磁鐵，驅(qū)動器控制的U/V/W三相電形成電磁場，轉(zhuǎn)子在此磁場的作用下轉(zhuǎn)動，同時電機(jī)自帶的編碼器反饋信號給驅(qū)動器，驅(qū)動器根據(jù)反饋值與目標(biāo)值進(jìn)行比較，調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)動的角度。伺服電機(jī)的精度決定于編碼器的精度（線數(shù)）。

伺服系統(tǒng)在使物體的位置、方位、狀態(tài)等輸出被控量能夠跟隨輸入目標(biāo)（或給定值）的任意變化的自動控制系統(tǒng)中發(fā)揮著重要作用。伺服電機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)機(jī)器人、數(shù)控加工中心、自動化生產(chǎn)線等需要高精度、高速度和高可靠性的應(yīng)用中。

AKM52K-ACCNR is a servo motor, an engine that controls the operation of mechanical components in the servo system, and is a supplementary motor indirect transmission device. Its role is to convert the voltage signal into torque and speed to drive the control object, so that the control speed and position accuracy are very accurate. The servo motor rotor speed is controlled by the input signal and can react quickly, so it is used as an execution element in the automatic control system, and has the characteristics of small electromechanical time constant and high linearity. The servo motor can convert the received electrical signal into an angular displacement or angular speed output on the motor shaft.

Servo motors are divided into DC and AC servo motors, the main feature of AKM52K-ACCNR is that when the signal voltage is zero, there is no rotation phenomenon, and the speed decreases uniformly with the increase of torque. The working principle of AC servo motor is that its internal rotor is a permanent magnet, the driver controls the U/V/W three-phase electric electromagnetic field, the rotor rotates under the action of this magnetic field, while the motor comes with the encoder feedback signal to the driver, the driver according to the feedback value compared with the target value, adjust the rotor rotation Angle. The accuracy of the servo motor is determined by the accuracy of the encoder (number of lines).

The servo system plays an important role in the automatic control system that makes the output controlled quantity such as the position, orientation and state of the object follow the arbitrary change of the input target (or given value). Servo motors are widely used in industrial robots, CNC machining centers, automated production lines and other applications requiring high precision, high speed and high reliability.
