AXLINK100 以太網(wǎng)和現(xiàn)場總線之間的通用網(wǎng)關(guān)

以太網(wǎng)正在成為自動(dòng)化技術(shù)的主流通信媒介。aXlink100是自動(dòng)化x軟件(4.7及更高版本)的新設(shè)備，可實(shí)時(shí)連接Profibus和以太網(wǎng)。

aXlink100將以太網(wǎng)與Profibus互連，其中使用了automationx開發(fā)的實(shí)時(shí)以太網(wǎng)協(xié)議Xlink。aXlink100集成了兩個(gè)以太網(wǎng)接口，可作為8P8C (RJ45)或光纖選項(xiàng)，以及Profibus-DP主接口。這些接口允許多種系統(tǒng)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)配置。

因此，該設(shè)備允許通過CAT5電纜配置電環(huán)或通過星形布局網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的交換機(jī)配置網(wǎng)絡(luò)和/或服務(wù)器冗余。因此，每個(gè)單元最多可以連接16個(gè)ProfibusMaster (aXlink100)和124個(gè)Profibus-DP slave到automationX。

Ethernet is becoming the prevailing communication medium in automation technology. The aXlink100, the newequipment available for the automationX software (version 4.7 and higher), connects Profibus with Ethernet inreal time.

The aXlink100 interconnects Ethernet with Profibus, inwhich Xlink, a real time Ethernet protocol developed byAutomationX, is used. The aXlink100 incorporates twoEthernet interfaces, which are available as 8P8C (RJ45)or optic fibre option, as well as a Profibus-DP master interface. These interfaces allow a multiplicity of system andnetwork configurations.

Therefore this equipment allows the configuration of anelectrical ring via CAT5 cabling or a network and/or serverredundancy via switches in a star layout network with thisequipment. Thus it is possible to link up to 16 ProfibusMaster (aXlink100) with up to 124 Profibus-DP slaves perunit to automationX.
