CC-PCNT01 可防止因多次插拔同軸電纜的插頭造成松動(dòng)

1、通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障

通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)類(lèi)故障一般易發(fā)生在接點(diǎn)總線(xiàn)、就地總線(xiàn)處或因地址標(biāo)識(shí)錯(cuò)誤所造成。

2、節(jié)點(diǎn)總線(xiàn)故障

節(jié)點(diǎn)總線(xiàn)的傳送介質(zhì)一般為同軸電纜CC-PCNT01，有的采用令牌信號(hào)傳送方式，有的采用帶沖突檢測(cè)的確良多路送取爭(zhēng)用總線(xiàn)信號(hào)傳送方式。不論采用哪種方式，當(dāng)總線(xiàn)的干線(xiàn)任一處中斷時(shí)，都會(huì)導(dǎo)致該總線(xiàn)上所有站及其子設(shè)備通訊故障。

目前，一般防止此類(lèi)故障的方法是采用雙路冗余配置的方式，避免因一路總線(xiàn)發(fā)生故障而影響全局，但這并不能從根本上避免故障的發(fā)生，并且一旦一根總線(xiàn)發(fā)生故障，處理時(shí)極易造成另一個(gè)總線(xiàn)故障，其后果是非常嚴(yán)重的。有效的方法應(yīng)是從防止總線(xiàn)接觸不良或開(kāi)路入手。比較成功的是系統(tǒng)的節(jié)點(diǎn)總線(xiàn)布置方式。其同軸電纜的連接不是在通信模件的前面，而是在模件的后面，這樣當(dāng)CC-PCNT01運(yùn)行中處理通信模件故障時(shí)，可避免誤碰同軸電纜，造成網(wǎng)線(xiàn)斷路。同時(shí)，其同軸電纜除專(zhuān)門(mén)進(jìn)行檢查，任何時(shí)候都不會(huì)去觸動(dòng)，可防止因多次插拔同軸電纜的插頭造成松動(dòng)，增加其故障的可能。另外，應(yīng)制定同軸電纜檢查與更換管理制度，在其接觸電阻增大至影響通信之前，進(jìn)行更換或處理。

1. The communication network is faulty

2. The node bus is faulty

The transmission medium of the node bus is generally coaxial cable CC-PCNT01, and some use the token signal transmission mode, and some use the contention bus signal transmission mode with collision detection. No matter which method is adopted, when any part of the trunk line of the bus is interrupted, it will lead to the communication failure of all stations and their sub-devices on the bus.

At present, the general way to prevent such failures is to use dual redundant configuration to avoid the failure of one bus and affect the whole world, but this cannot fundamentally avoid the occurrence of failures, and once a bus fails, it is very easy to cause another bus failure when dealing with the consequences are very serious. The effective method should be to prevent the bus from poor contact or open. More successful is the system node bus layout. The connection of the coaxial cable is not in front of the communication module, but behind the module, so that when CC-PCNT01 is handling the fault of the communication module in operation, it can avoid accidentally touching the coaxial cable, causing the network cable to break. At the same time, in addition to the special inspection of the coaxial cable, it will not be touched at any time, which can prevent the loosening of the plug of the coaxial cable due to repeated insertion and removal, increasing the possibility of failure. In addition, a coaxial cable inspection and replacement management system should be developed to replace or dispose of its contact resistance before it increases to affect communications.
