Servo control module is a very important part of the control system, CE30089 is mainly responsible for the automatic processing of online tool preparation and micro-ultrasonic automatic processing control. In order to meet the requirements of machining accuracy, servo control module usually adopts closed-loop control strategy.
In the process of tool preparation and ultrasonic machining, the servo control module will compare the output value of voltage and machining force with the set value, and use the deviation as a feedback signal to control the feed and retreat of the micro-tool, so that the machining gap is always maintained within a certain range. This control strategy ensures the accuracy and stability of the machining.
The specific control strategy of the servo control module is to set the upper and lower limits of the machining force or voltage and the forward and backward speed values before starting the experiment.
