電容式接近開關(guān)是一種非接觸式的位置傳感器,CTB810 HN800 其測(cè)量頭通常是構(gòu)成電容器的一個(gè)極板,而另一個(gè)極板是物體的本身。當(dāng)物體移向接近開關(guān)時(shí),物體和接近開關(guān)的介電常數(shù)發(fā)生變化,使得和測(cè)量頭相連的電路狀態(tài)也隨之發(fā)生變化,由此便可控制開關(guān)的接通和關(guān)斷。這種接近開關(guān)的檢測(cè)物體,并不限于金屬導(dǎo)體,也可以是絕緣的液體或粉狀物體。

The capacitive proximity switch is a non-contact position sensor, the CTB810 HN800 whose measuring head is usually one plate that constitutes the capacitor, and the other plate is the object itself. When the object moves towards the proximity switch, the dielectric constant of the object and the proximity switch changes, so that the state of the circuit connected to the measuring head also changes, so that the switch can be controlled on and off. The detection object close to the switch is not limited to a metal conductor, but can also be an insulating liquid or powdery object.
Capacitive proximity switch has the advantages of no jitter, no contact and non-contact detection, and its anti-interference ability and corrosion resistance are better. When detecting objects with low dielectric constant ε, the multi-turn potentiometer (located at the rear of the switch) can be adjusted clockwise to increase the sensitivity. The capacitive proximity switch can detect any object in theory, and the detection distance should be significantly reduced when detecting objects with too high dielectric constant.
In addition, the turn-on time of the capacitive proximity switch is 50ms, so in the design of the user’s product, when the load and the proximity switch use different power supplies, it is necessary to first turn on the power supply of the proximity switch.
