DR2-DPM-PCU 分布式控制系統(tǒng)

DR2-DPM-PCU是一款分布式控制系統(tǒng)，是對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程進(jìn)行集中管理和分散控制的計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)，它是隨著現(xiàn)代大型工業(yè)生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化水平的不斷提高和過(guò)程控制要求日益復(fù)雜應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的綜合控制系統(tǒng)。

DR2-DPM-PCU融合了計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)和自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)，是一種把危險(xiǎn)分散、控制集中優(yōu)化的新型控制系統(tǒng)。DCS在電力、冶金、石化等各行各業(yè)都獲得了極其廣泛的應(yīng)用。

系統(tǒng)采用分散控制和集中管理的設(shè)計(jì)思想，分而自治和綜合協(xié)調(diào)的設(shè)計(jì)原則，具有層次化的體系結(jié)構(gòu)。系統(tǒng)主要有現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制站（I/O站）、數(shù)據(jù)通訊系統(tǒng)、人機(jī)接口單元（操作員站OPS、工程師站ENS）、機(jī)柜、電源等組成，具備開(kāi)放的體系結(jié)構(gòu)，可以提供多層開(kāi)放數(shù)據(jù)接口。硬件系統(tǒng)在惡劣的工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)具有高度的可靠性、維修方便、工藝先進(jìn)。

分布式控制系統(tǒng)的主要特征是其集中管理和分散控制。DR2-DPM-PCU采用多層分級(jí)、合作自治的結(jié)構(gòu)形式，其中，各子系統(tǒng)間有密切的聯(lián)系與信息交換，系統(tǒng)對(duì)其總體目標(biāo)和任務(wù)可以進(jìn)行綜合協(xié)調(diào)與分配。

DR2-DPM-PCU is a distributed control system, which is a computer control system for centralized management and decentralized control of the production process. It is an integrated control system that comes into being with the continuous improvement of the automation level of modern large-scale industrial production and the increasingly complex process control requirements.

DR2-DPM-PCU integrates computer technology, network technology, communication technology and automatic control technology, which is a new type of control system that disperses risk and centralizes control optimization. DCS has been widely used in power, metallurgy, petrochemical and other industries.

The system adopts the design idea of decentralized control and centralized management, the design principle of division and autonomy and comprehensive coordination, and has a hierarchical architecture. The system is mainly composed of field control station (I/O station), data communication system, man-machine interface unit (operator station OPS, engineer station ENS), cabinet, power supply, etc. It has an open architecture and can provide multiple layers of open data interface. The hardware system has high reliability, easy maintenance and advanced technology in harsh industrial sites.

The main characteristic of distributed control system is its centralized management and decentralized control. DR2-DPM-PCU adopts a multi-level, hierarchical, cooperative and autonomous structure, in which each subsystem has close contact and information exchange, and the system can comprehensively coordinate and assign its overall goals and tasks.
