Al和AO的講解
(1) AI信號:模擬量輸入
所謂模擬量即4-20mA或0- 10V的電流或電壓信號,輸入到DCS中,經(jīng)過變換,還原出原來的值,比如電流值到DCS中顯示出來;電流互感器二次值(5A)經(jīng)過電流變送器轉(zhuǎn)換成4-20mA信號(5A對應(yīng)20mA) 輸入到DCS機(jī)柜,經(jīng)過轉(zhuǎn)換,在DCS中顯示實(shí)際的電流值。
(2) AO信號:模擬量輸出
和Al相反,AO是DCS輸出4-20mA或0-10V信號,去控制設(shè)備的運(yùn)行參數(shù);比如,變頻器的速度控制過程,以40HZ為例,通過遠(yuǎn)程DCS控制,認(rèn)為給定參數(shù)值: 40HZ, DCS同樣發(fā)出一個(gè)對應(yīng)的模擬量電流值,在4-20mA范圍內(nèi)(20mA對應(yīng)50HZ) , 信號傳入到變頻器的控制器,變頻器按照要求運(yùn)行在40HZ。
模擬量概念
在了解完上面的知識(shí)后,理解模擬量首先要了解幾個(gè)概念,傳感器、變送器、執(zhí)行器還有AD轉(zhuǎn)換器、DA轉(zhuǎn)換器等。
那么這里所說的傳感器,我們常用的傳感器有哪些呢?常用的有溫度傳感器,又包括了熱電阻和熱電偶這兩種類型,還有壓力傳感器、濕度傳感器等等。傳感器是用于模擬量輸入的,用于采集外部的溫度、濕度、壓力等信號。
溫度探頭一般不可以直接接 入常用模擬量模塊,需要接入專用溫度模塊,或者加變送器。一般壓力傳感器也不能直接接入模擬量模塊,一 般是購買自帶變送器,或者使用壓力變送器。
那么當(dāng)傳感器和變送器結(jié)合使用的時(shí)候可以將非電物理量轉(zhuǎn)換成統(tǒng)-的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電量。這就是傳感器和變送器一個(gè)作用。
傳感器和變送器轉(zhuǎn)換出來的是一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電量,是電信號,我們的PLC是不能直接接收電信號的,那么就需要一個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)換, 也就是AD轉(zhuǎn)換,將模擬量轉(zhuǎn)換成數(shù)字量。
在我們PLC這邊,AD轉(zhuǎn)換器其實(shí)就是一個(gè)模擬量的輸入模塊, 而DA轉(zhuǎn)換器就是模擬量的輸出模塊。
而對于模擬量輸出,我們是做模擬量控制變頻器速度,從而控制電機(jī)速度;或者是模擬量控制伺服力矩和速度控制;又或者是模擬量控制比例閥的開度控制等。

Al and AO’s explanation
(1) AI signal: analog input
The so-called analog quantity is 4-20mA or 0-10V current or voltage signal, input into the DCS, after transformation, restore the original value, such as the current value displayed in the DCS; The secondary value of the current transformer (5A) is converted by the current transmitter into a 4-20mA signal (5A corresponds to 20mA) and input to the DCS cabinet. After conversion, the actual current value is displayed in the DCS.
(2) AO signal: analog output
In contrast to Al, AO is the DCS output 4-20mA or 0-10V signal to control the operating parameters of the equipment; For example, the speed control process of the frequency converter, taking 40HZ as an example, through remote DCS control, that given the parameter value: 40HZ, DCS also sends a corresponding analog current value, in the range of 4-20mA (20mA corresponds to 50HZ), the signal is passed to the controller of the frequency converter, and the frequency converter runs at 40HZ as required.
Analog concept
After understanding the above knowledge, to understand the analog first to understand several concepts, sensors, transmitters, actuators and AD converter, DA converter and so on.
So the sensors mentioned here, what are the sensors we commonly use? Commonly used temperature sensors, including thermal resistance and thermocouple these two types, as well as pressure sensors, humidity sensors and so on. The sensor is used for analog input, which is used to collect external temperature, humidity, pressure and other signals.
The temperature probe can not be directly connected to the common analog module, the need to access the special temperature module, or add a transmitter. Generally, the pressure sensor can not be directly connected to the analog module, and it is generally necessary to buy its own transmitter, or use a pressure transmitter.
Then when the sensor and the transmitter are used in combination, the non-electrical physical quantity can be converted into a standard electricity quantity. That’s where sensors and transmitters come in.
Sensor and transmitter conversion is a standard electricity, is an electrical signal, our PLC is not able to directly receive electrical signals, then you need a conversion, that is, AD conversion, the analog quantity into digital quantity.
In our PLC side, the AD converter is actually an analog input module, and the DA converter is an analog output module.
For the analog output, we do the analog control frequency converter speed, so as to control the motor speed; Or analog control servo torque and speed control; Or it is the opening control of the analog proportional valve.
