校準(zhǔn)
校準(zhǔn)可以通過Modbus進(jìn)行自動或手動外部控制。
自動校準(zhǔn)-所有樣品組件一起-通常在周期時間控制的基礎(chǔ)上啟動;它也可以通過外部控制信號或通過Modbus以及手動在氣體分析儀的顯示器和操作員控制單元上啟動。
通常，內(nèi)置校準(zhǔn)單元的簡化校準(zhǔn)方法或所謂的單點(diǎn)校準(zhǔn)用于自動校準(zhǔn)。如果需要用測試氣體進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)，可以配置通過數(shù)字輸出控制電磁閥開關(guān)五種測試氣體，零氣體和樣品氣體。

Measuring technology (analyzers)

Limas23 ultraviolet photometer for the measurement ofNO, NO2 and SO2
? Magnos206 oxygen analyzer for the measurement ofO2 in process gas or in N2
? Magnos27 oxygen analyzer for the measurement ofO2 in flue gas or in N2
? ZO23 trace oxygen analyzer for the measurement ofO2 in pure gases (N2, CO2, Ar)
? Caldos27 thermal conductivity analyzer for the measurement ofbinary gas mixtures with different thermal conductivity e.g.Ar in O2, H2 in Ar, CH4 in N2
Calibration
Calibration can be performed automatically or manually orexternally controlled via the Modbus.
Automatic calibration – for all sample components together – isnormally started on a cyclically time-controlled basis; it can also bestarted by an external control signal or via the Modbus as well asmanually on the display and operator control unit of the gasanalyzer.
Normally, simplified calibration methods with the built-in calibrationcells or the so-called single-point calibration are used for automaticcalibration. If calibration with test gases is required the control ofsolenoid valves for switching on five test gases, zero gas and sample gas via digital outputs can be configured.
