ELAU-MC-41110400 主要應(yīng)用于高精度的定位系統(tǒng)

伺服驅(qū)動器（servo drives）又稱為“伺服控制器”、“伺服放大器”，ELAU-MC-41110400是用來控制伺服電機的一種控制器，其作用類似于變頻器作用于普通交流馬達，屬于伺服系統(tǒng)的一部分，主要應(yīng)用于高精度的定位系統(tǒng)。

伺服驅(qū)動器通常通過位置、速度和力矩三種方式對伺服電機進行控制，實現(xiàn)高精度的傳動系統(tǒng)定位，是傳動技術(shù)的高端產(chǎn)品。伺服驅(qū)動器是由電路板、微芯片、電線和連接器制成的電子設(shè)備，可以連接到電機上，控制電機的旋轉(zhuǎn)，使電機加速、減速、停止，甚至隨時倒退。伺服驅(qū)動器通過控制和引導(dǎo)電機電線的電流來實現(xiàn)這些功能。

伺服驅(qū)動器具有數(shù)分鐘甚至半小時內(nèi)1.5倍以上的過載能力，ELAU-MC-41110400在短時間內(nèi)可以過載4～6倍而不損壞。此外，伺服驅(qū)動器具有高可靠性，要求數(shù)控機床的進給驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)可靠性高、工作穩(wěn)定性好，具有較強的溫度、濕度、振動等環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力和很強的抗干擾的能力。

The current, speed and position-3 closed-loop control algorithm based on vector control is widely used in the design of AC servo drivers. Whether the speed closed-loop design in this algorithm is reasonable or not plays a key role in the whole servo control system, especially in the performance of speed control.

The servo drive has an overload capacity of more than 1.5 times for a few minutes or even half an hour, and the ELAU-MC-41110400 can overload 4 to 6 times in a short period of time without damage. In addition, the servo drive has high reliability, which requires the feed drive system of the CNC machine tool to have high reliability, good working stability, and strong adaptability to the environment such as temperature, humidity, vibration and strong anti-interference ability.
