The FAU810 is a flame analysis unit from ABB. This product has a real-time data display function, which can accurately reflect the real situation of the flame burning, including the flash frequency of the instantaneous flame, radiation intensity and flame quality data. These data provide the user with an accurate parameter setting basis, which can more effectively observe the flame and prevent the occurrence of peeking phenomenon.

In addition, the FAU810 provides automatic selection of parameters according to different fuel conditions. The traditional flame detection technology can only set the parameters when the boiler is running at a specific load, which is difficult to ensure the correctness of flame detection under various combustion conditions. With the flexible design, the FAU810 can automatically select the most suitable parameters according to different fuel and working conditions, which greatly improves the accuracy and reliability of flame detection.

The FAU810 is also easy to install, configure and operate. Data can be exchanged and adjusted using the redundant Profi bus DP-V1 or the standard Modbus interface.
