FDCO-01 光纖通訊模塊 負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)現(xiàn)光電轉(zhuǎn)換

FDCO-01的傳輸速率可以根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行分類，常見的速率包括155Mb/s、622Mb/s、1.25Gb/s、2.5Gb/s、10Gb/s、40Gb/s、100Gb/s和400Gb/s等。此外，光模塊還可以根據(jù)封裝形式和工作波長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行分類。

FDCO-01 is an optical fiber communication module, which is a key component in optical fiber communication system. It is mainly composed of optoelectronic devices, functional circuits and optical interfaces. The optoelectronic device includes two parts: transmitting and receiving.

The function of the transmitting part is to drive a semiconductor laser (LD) or light emitting diode (LED) to emit a corresponding rate of modulated light signal after the electrical signal of a certain bit rate is processed by the internal driver chip. It is also equipped with an optical power automatic control circuit to ensure that the output optical signal power remains stable.

The receiving part is to input the optical signal of a certain bit rate into the module and convert it into an electrical signal by the optical detection diode. After the preamplifier, the corresponding bit rate electrical signal is output. The output signal is usually PECL level. At the same time, if the input optical power is less than a certain value, the receiving part will output an alarm signal.

FDCO-01 transmission rates can be classified according to needs, common rates include 155Mb/s, 622Mb/s, 1.25Gb/s, 2.5Gb/s, 10Gb/s, 40Gb/s, 100Gb/s and 400Gb/s. In addition, optical modules can also be classified according to the type of package and operating wavelength.

The main advantages of FDCO-01 include large capacity, low loss, long relay distance, strong confidentiality, small size, light weight and abundant raw materials. However, it also has some shortcomings, such as easy to break, connection difficulties and fear of bending.
