G771K201A MOOG伺服閥

G771K201A系列伺服閥是可用作三通和理想的四通應(yīng)用的節(jié)流型流量伺服閥、G771K201A系列伺服閥的二級高性能設(shè)計(jì)，其額定流量在閥壓降為1000 psi時(shí)為 25 至 60 gpm。閥的輸出級為閉中位四通滑閥；先導(dǎo)級為由雙氣隙干式力矩馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)的對稱雙噴嘴擋板閥。閥芯位置機(jī)械反饋由反饋彈簧桿提供。閥的設(shè)計(jì)簡單耐用，可提供可靠長久的平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行。這類閥適用于位置、速度、力（或壓力）伺服控制系統(tǒng)，并具有很高的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)。

工作原理

輸入一電流指令信號給力矩馬達(dá)的線圈將會產(chǎn)生電磁力作用于銜鐵的兩端，銜鐵因此而帶動(dòng)彈簧管內(nèi)的擋板偏轉(zhuǎn)。而擋板的偏轉(zhuǎn)將減少某一個(gè)噴嘴的流量，進(jìn)而改變了與此噴嘴相通的閥芯一側(cè)壓力，推動(dòng)閥芯朝一邊移動(dòng)。閥芯的位移打開了供油口（P）與一個(gè)控制油口之間的通道。溝通了回油口（T）與另一控制油口之間的油路。同時(shí)閥芯的位移也對彈簧桿產(chǎn)生一個(gè)作用力，此作用力形成了對銜鐵擋板組件的回復(fù)力矩。當(dāng)此回復(fù)力矩與由于力矩馬達(dá)作用在銜鐵擋板處的力矩相平衡時(shí)，擋板回到零位?；y閥芯保持這一平衡狀態(tài)的開啟位置，直到輸入的給定信號發(fā)生變化?？傊?，閥芯的位移與輸入的電流信號大小成正比，在恒定的閥口壓降下，流過閥的負(fù)載流量與閥芯的位移成正比。

The G771K201A series servomotors are throttle flow servomotors for three-way and ideal four-way applications. The G771K201A series servomotors are a secondary high-performance design with a rated flow rate of 25 to 60 gpm at valve pressure drop of 1000 psi. The output stage of the valve is a closed medium four-way slide valve; The pilot stage is a symmetrical double nozzle flapper valve driven by a double air gap dry torque motor. The mechanical feedback of the spool position is provided by the feedback spring lever. The valve is designed to be simple and durable, providing reliable and long-lasting smooth operation. This type of valve is suitable for position, speed, force (or pressure) servo control systems and has a high dynamic response.

Working principle

The input of a current command signal to the coil of the torque motor generates an electromagnetic force on both ends of the armature, which deflects the baffle inside the spring tube. The deflection of the baffle will reduce the flow rate of a certain nozzle, and then change the pressure on the side of the spool communicated with the nozzle, pushing the spool to move to one side. The displacement of the spool opens a passage between the oil supply port (P) and a control oil port. The oil circuit between the return oil port (T) and another control oil port is communicated. At the same time, the displacement of the valve core also produces a force on the spring rod, which forms a restoring torque to the armature baffle assembly. When this recovery torque is balanced with the torque acting on the armature baffle by the torque motor, the baffle returns to zero position. The spool of the slide valve holds this balanced open position until the given input signal changes. In short, the displacement of the spool is proportional to the size of the input current signal, and the load flow through the valve is proportional to the displacement of the spool at a constant valve port pressure drop.
