HE693STG884 高分辨率毫安輸入模塊

HE693STG884 高分辨率毫安輸入模塊

The High Resolution MilliAmp Input Module allows a milliAmp signal to be directly connected to the PLC withoutexternal signal processing (transducers, transmitters, etc.). All analog and digital processing of the signal isperformed on the module, and precision values are written to the Series 90-30 %AI input table with 16 bit resolution. The input range of this module is +/-1mA. This provides a resolution of approximately .03uA. Also, individualchannels can be turned off, so that unused channels do not increase module response time. The HE693STG884-MOD also features a setpoint for each channel, set with %AQ values and enunciated with %I inputs. The first 8 %Iinputs represent overrange for each individual channel. The second 8 %I inputs are setpoint exceeded bits. Whenthe input value exceeds the corresponding setpoint value the setpoint exceeded bit will be energized. Outputs (%Q)are configured for this module but should not be utilized while measuring current.

The?HE693STG884?connects to a PLC to allow bridged strain gages to connect directly to the module without external signal processing (transducers, transmitters, etc). All analog and digital processing of the signal is performed on the module, and precision millivolt values are written to the series 90-30 %AI input table with 16-bit resolution. The input range of this module is +/-25mV, +/-50mV or +/-100mV which is configurable through Logicmaster on a channel-by-channel basis. This provides a resolution of approximately 0.8uV, 1.6uV, or 3.2uV, respectively. Also, individual channels can be turned off, so that unused channels do not increase module response time. Another ability of this module is to monitor the load cell excitation voltage and compensate for variations in this signal.
