按照步驟安裝包
固定您要使用的端子板。
將 PVIB I/O 包直接連接到端子板連接器。
使用靠近以太網(wǎng)端口的螺柱以機(jī)械方式固定電池組。
根據(jù)系統(tǒng)配置,連接一根或兩根以太網(wǎng)線(xiàn)。該包可與任一端口一起使用。使用雙連接時(shí),ENET1 應(yīng)連接到與 R 控制器鏈接的網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
插入側(cè)面的連接器,將電池組連接到電源。
使用 ToolboxST* 應(yīng)用程序根據(jù)需要配置 I/O 包。
檢查 TVBA 上的 N28 電源子板是否正確放置在 TVBA 連接器中。

The IS220PVIBH1A is a vibration monitor (PVIB) package developed by GE under the Mark VIe Control System. The Vibration Monitor (PVIB) package electrically connects one or two I/O Ethernet cables to the TVBA vibration terminal board. The package includes a processor board, a capture board, and a child board, which are common to all Mark VIe distributed I/O packages.
The package uses channels 1 through 8 to read vibration or proximity information from the following sensor types: precursors, integrated output accelerometers (channels 1-3 only), Velomitor, or seismic channels 9 through 12 support precursors only, while channels 13 can input key type or proximity type signals.
The dual RJ45 Ethernet port and 3-pin power input are used to power the battery pack. For frame rates below 100 Hz, the PVIB supports dual Ethernet. It supports frame rates of 3.125, 6.25, 12.5, 25, 50, and 100 Hz over Ethernet.
The DC-37 pin connector connects directly to the matching terminal board connector for output. LED indicator is used to display visual diagnosis.

IS220PVIBH1A Installation
Follow the steps to install the package
Secure the terminal board you want to use.
Connect the PVIB I/O package directly to the terminal board connector.
The battery pack is mechanically secured using a stud near the Ethernet port.
Connect one or two Ethernet cables based on the system configuration. The package can be used with either port. When using dual connections, ENET1 should be connected to the network linked to the R controller.
Plug in the connector on the side to connect the battery pack to the power supply.
Use the ToolboxST* application to configure I/O packages as needed.
Check that the N28 power subboard on the TVBA is properly placed in the TVBA connector.
