IS430SNUAH1A 本地I/O導(dǎo)軌只帶有I/O模塊和處理器

I/O模塊，即輸入輸出模塊，是控制系統(tǒng)中的重要組成部分。IS430SNUAH1A可分為離散、模擬和特殊模塊等多種類型，這些模塊都可以安裝在帶有多個(gè)插槽的導(dǎo)軌或者機(jī)架上，每個(gè)模塊插入其中一個(gè)插槽。這些插槽的數(shù)目通常有4、8、12等不同的規(guī)格。

在一般情況下，電源模塊會(huì)插在第一插槽內(nèi)，編號(hào)為0，PLC插在第二插槽內(nèi)，各種類型的輸入輸出模塊則插在其余插槽內(nèi)。I/O模塊導(dǎo)軌的背面安裝帶有連接器的印制電路板，可以將插入I/O模塊的各插槽連接起來(lái)，使插槽的上下邊可以使插入的模塊排成一條直線。

此外，I/O模塊還分為本地I/O導(dǎo)軌和遠(yuǎn)程I/O導(dǎo)軌。本地I/O導(dǎo)軌只帶有I/O模塊和處理器，而遠(yuǎn)程I/O導(dǎo)軌則帶有I/O模塊、電源、遠(yuǎn)程I/O通信卡，并且安裝在遠(yuǎn)離本地I/O導(dǎo)軌的位置。遠(yuǎn)程I/O導(dǎo)軌的數(shù)目取決于不同處理器能夠控制變量的數(shù)目。

并行I/O模塊 FLEX數(shù)字量I/O模塊按其功能可以分為帶保護(hù)輸出型、帶電子保險(xiǎn)型、帶自診斷型和隔離型。

另外，IS430SNUAH1A在分布式I/O系統(tǒng)中，I/O模塊是必備組件，需要與合適的耦合器（例如BL200系列）組合才能將現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備或過(guò)程連接起來(lái)，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)采集、監(jiān)視和控制。

I/O module, that is, input and output module, is an important part of the control system. The IS430SNUAH1A can be divided into discrete, analog and special modules, which can be mounted on a rail or rack with multiple slots, each module inserted into one of the slots. The number of slots is usually 4, 8, 12, and so on.

Under normal circumstances, the power module will be inserted in the first slot, the number is 0, the PLC is inserted in the second slot, and the various types of input and output modules are inserted in the remaining slots. A printed circuit board with connectors is installed on the back of the I/O module guide rail to connect the slots inserted into the I/O module, so that the upper and lower parts of the slots can make the inserted modules line up.

In addition, I/O modules are also divided into local I/O rails and remote I/O rails. The local I/O rail has only the I/O module and processor, while the remote I/O rail has the I/O module, power supply, remote I/O communication card and is installed away from the local I/O rail. The number of remote I/O rails depends on the number of variables that different processors can control.

The parallel I/O module FLEX digital I/O module can be divided into protected output type, electronic insurance type, self-diagnostic type and isolation type according to its function.

In addition, in the distributed I/O system, the I/O module is a necessary component, and it needs to be combined with a suitable coupler (such as the BL200 series) to connect the field equipment or process to achieve the field data acquisition, monitoring and control.
