The JANCD-XCP01C-1 is a motherboard, specifically one used by Yaskawa’s MOTOMAN robot. This motherboard has a small power consumption and power off function, and the static current of its new power supply IC is small, generally tens of μA to hundreds of μA. In addition, it also has the function of turning off the power control terminal, which can make the IC itself consume about 1μA when the power is turned off, thus greatly saving power.

In power testing, the motherboard undergoes several important tests, including cross-load, surge, input voltage, ripple noise, output short circuit, overpower, conversion efficiency, power factor, response time, timing, noise, conducted radiation, leakage current, and high and low temperature tests. Among them, the surge current refers to the peak current flowing into the power supply device at the moment the power is turned on. Because the input filter capacitor is rapidly charged, the peak current will be much greater than the steady input current.
