LDMTR-01 可根據(jù)客戶要求提升整車防抖功能，確保安全舒適

LDMTR-01 電機(jī)控制模塊是現(xiàn)代電動(dòng)機(jī)械設(shè)備中必不可少的部件，主要功能包括：

控制電機(jī)的啟動(dòng)和停止：通過調(diào)節(jié)電機(jī)的電流、電壓，實(shí)現(xiàn)電機(jī)的啟動(dòng)和停止。

控制電機(jī)的速度：通過對電機(jī)的電壓、頻率進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，實(shí)現(xiàn)電機(jī)的調(diào)速。
控制電機(jī)的正反轉(zhuǎn)：通過對電機(jī)的相序進(jìn)行控制，實(shí)現(xiàn)電機(jī)的正反轉(zhuǎn)。

剎車反饋：當(dāng)整車制動(dòng)踏板制動(dòng)時(shí)，電機(jī)控制模塊會(huì)根據(jù)制動(dòng)反饋將電磁能儲(chǔ)存在動(dòng)力鋰電池中，增加行駛里程。

防抖功能：可根據(jù)客戶要求提升整車防抖功能，確保安全舒適。

定速巡航功能：無需踩油門，電機(jī)控制模塊可根據(jù)設(shè)定的速度自動(dòng)輸出扭矩，使汽車保持固定速度運(yùn)行，以節(jié)省駕駛員的精力，提高安全駕駛體驗(yàn)。

主動(dòng)充放電功能：在整車停止運(yùn)行且充電電池與電機(jī)控制模塊斷開后，電機(jī)控制模塊裝置應(yīng)具有釋放母排電容正電荷、實(shí)木板相電壓的功能降低到人體工作電壓。

UDS協(xié)議：主要用于整車的生產(chǎn)加工及售后維修服務(wù)。根據(jù)UDS協(xié)議，檢測儀器可以準(zhǔn)確識別常見故障，提高維修率。

此外，LDMTR-01 電機(jī)控制模塊還具有可變載波頻率和預(yù)留空間技術(shù)、系統(tǒng)效率、驅(qū)動(dòng)動(dòng)力強(qiáng)勁、可靠性高、具有CAN喚醒和睡眠狀態(tài)功能、減少電機(jī)控制模塊靜態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)丟失功能、防電池防爆開關(guān)等功能。

LDMTR-01 Motor control module is an essential part of modern electro-mechanical equipment, the main functions include:

Control the start and stop of the motor: by adjusting the current and voltage of the motor, the motor is started and stopped.

Control the speed of the motor: by adjusting the voltage and frequency of the motor, the speed regulation of the motor is realized.
Control the positive and negative rotation of the motor: by controlling the phase sequence of the motor, the positive and negative rotation of the motor is realized.
Protection control: To achieve the overload, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating and other states of the motor protection control, to avoid damage to the motor.

Brake feedback: When the vehicle brake pedal brakes, the motor control module will store electromagnetic energy in the power lithium battery according to the brake feedback, increasing the driving range.

Anti-shake function: The anti-shake function of the vehicle can be improved according to customer requirements to ensure safety and comfort.

Constant speed cruise function: Without stepping on the accelerator, the motor control module can automatically output torque according to the set speed, so that the car can maintain a fixed speed to save the driver’s energy and improve the safe driving experience.

Active charge and discharge function: After the vehicle stops running and the rechargeable battery is disconnected from the motor control module, the motor control module device should have the function of releasing the positive charge of the busbar capacitor and reducing the phase voltage of the solid board to the working voltage of the human body.

UDS protocol: Mainly used for vehicle production and processing and after-sales maintenance services. Based on the UDS protocol, the detection instrument can accurately identify common faults and improve the maintenance rate.
