The MVI46-MNET is a networking interface module designed to connect Allen-Bradley’s SLC processor to Modbus TCP/IP networking applications. This module provides a powerful connection that makes it easy for SLC processors to communicate with Modbus TCP/IP networking devices.

This module has the following features:

Supports client and server functions and can communicate with any Modbus TCP enabled device connected over a network.

With configurable memory, support for user customized data mapping.

It integrates with human machine interface (HMI) systems, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, and distributed control systems (DCS).

Equipped with a configuration port and an application port, both in the form of RJ45 Ethernet ports, supporting 10/100 Mbps transmission rates.

With electrical isolation, it can reach 1500 V rms at 50 Hz in 60 seconds.
Get 4 watts of power from the backplane power supply.

In addition, the MVI46-MNET module has an embedded e-mail client that can send customized or built-in email messages to any valid user or user group on the network. This makes the module highly flexible and practical in industrial automation and network communication.
