PMC237C-008EMI是一款6U規(guī)格卡，可將vmebus處理器板上的單個(gè)PMC站點(diǎn)擴(kuò)展為兩個(gè)PMC站點(diǎn)和一個(gè)epcmcia /CardBus插槽或三個(gè)PMC站點(diǎn)。它與許多VMEbus單板計(jì)算機(jī)兼容，在VMEbus形式因素內(nèi)提供PCI和pcmcia容量的擴(kuò)展。PMC237C-008EMI可以選擇使用18英寸電纜將PCMCIA/CardBus卡安裝在機(jī)箱外。功能上，pmc237由PCI/PCI橋(確保符合PCI加載)和可選的PCI/PCMCIA主機(jī)總線適配器(參見GE發(fā)那科智能平臺(tái)PCMCIA/PC卡主機(jī)總線適配器)組成。全PCI帶寬可以維護(hù)到安裝在PMC237上的pmc設(shè)備。

The PMC237C-008EMI is a 6U form factor card thatexpands a single PMC site on a VMEbusprocessor board to either two PMC sites and onePCMCIA/CardBus socket or to three PMC sites. Compatible with many VMEbus single boardcomputers, it provides an extension of PCI andPCMCIA capacity within the VMEbus form factor. The PMC237C-008EMI has the option for the PCMCIA/CardBus cards to be mounted outside the chassisusing an 18 inch cable. Functionally, the PMC237consists of a PCI/PCI bridge (assuring compliancewith PCI loading) and an optional PCI/PCMCIAHost Bus Adapter (see the GE Fanuc IntelligentPlatforms PCMCIA/PC Card Host Bus Adapters). Full PCI bandwidth can be maintained to PMCdevices installed on the PMC237.

The PMC237C-008EMI offers several configurations tailoringonboard functionality and host SBC connections. The board can either be populated with three PMCmodules, or two PMC modules and a PCMCIA/PCCardBus socket.

The PMC237C-008EMI generates the +3.3 V for the onboarddevices. The PMC237 takes only Power (5 V) andGround from the VMEbus.
