PROTECH-203 超速保護(hù)器

ProTech 203 超速保護(hù)器通過監(jiān)控三個(gè)獨(dú)立的轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器來防止蒸汽輪機(jī)、燃汽輪機(jī)或 原 動 機(jī) 超 速 。 此 超 速 保 護(hù) 器 取 代 了 機(jī) 械 式 的 超 速 保 護(hù) 裝 置 ， 特 別 是 在 高 速（>10000rpm）的應(yīng)用中機(jī)械式的超速保護(hù)裝置變的不再可靠的條件下。

優(yōu)點(diǎn)
易于校準(zhǔn)測試，精度和重復(fù)性高是此超速保護(hù)器的顯著特點(diǎn)。ProTech 203 不需要像機(jī)械式超速保護(hù)裝置那樣，對于超速停機(jī)速度值要給予足夠的余量。ProTech 203 采用的是數(shù)字式速度感應(yīng)技術(shù)，通過面板操作即可簡單的設(shè)定停機(jī)速度限值。為了確保功能的正常和保持良好的精度，三個(gè)單元中的任意一個(gè)單元都可在輪機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)通過頻率發(fā)生器進(jìn)行測試。鑰匙開關(guān)的設(shè)置確保了未經(jīng)授權(quán)人員的編程和測試的權(quán)限。

三個(gè)數(shù)字單元感應(yīng)和顯示速度的精度為 0.1%，機(jī)械式超速保護(hù)裝置的精度遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)達(dá)不到此種水平。

ProTech 采用的是三選二停機(jī)方式，確保了不會因三個(gè)單元中的一個(gè)發(fā)生瞬時(shí)故障造成誤停機(jī)。每個(gè)單元與其他兩個(gè)單元除繼電器的連接外，是完全隔離的。

為了進(jìn)一步的防止誤停機(jī)發(fā)生，每個(gè)速度感應(yīng)單元所使用的電源也是獨(dú)立的。

ProTech 不涉及到由于輪機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)造成的機(jī)械磨損、磁化溫度和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)溫度等因素的影響。因?yàn)椴簧婕暗綑C(jī)械旋轉(zhuǎn)部分的磨損等問題，ProTech 可以長時(shí)間的保持停機(jī)速度設(shè)定值不變。

當(dāng) 發(fā) 生 超 速 停 機(jī) 時(shí) ProTech 可 記 錄 顯 示 輪 機(jī) 所 達(dá) 到 的 峰 值 轉(zhuǎn) 速 。

The ProTech 203 overspeed protector protects steam turbines, gas turbines or engines from overspeed by monitoring three independent speed sensors. The overspeed protector replaces the mechanical overspeed protector, especially in high speed (>10000rpm) applications where the mechanical overspeed protector is no longer reliable.

Easy calibration testing, high accuracy and repeatability are notable features of this overspeed protector. ProTech 203 does not need to give sufficient allowance for overspeed stop speed values as mechanical overspeed protection devices do. The ProTech 203 uses digital speed sensing technology to easily set shutdown speed limits through panel operation. In order to ensure normal function and maintain good accuracy, any of the three units can be tested by a frequency generator while the turbine is in operation. The setting of the key switch ensures the permission of unauthorized persons to program and test.

The accuracy of the three digital units sensing and displaying speed is 0.1%, and the accuracy of the mechanical overspeed protection device is far from this level.

ProTech adopts a two-out-of-three shutdown mode to ensure that there will be no accidental shutdown caused by an instantaneous failure of one of the three units. Each unit is completely isolated from the other two units except for the connection of the relay.

In order to further prevent the occurrence of false shutdown, the power supply used by each speed sensing unit is also independent.

ProTech does not involve the influence of factors such as mechanical wear, magnetization temperature and operating temperature caused by turbine rotation. Because it does not involve the wear and tear of the mechanical rotation part, ProTech can keep the stop speed set value unchanged for a long time.

When an overspeed stop occurs, ProTech can record the peak speed reached by the display wheel.
