SCXI-1193 多路復用開關模塊
The SCXI-1193 is a high-density, 32-channel RF multiplexer switch module, part number 776572-93, manufactured by National Instruments (NI). It has a high degree of configuration flexibility and can be configured as an unterminated multiplexer, an externally terminated multiplexer, or a sparse matrix of various sizes. Each configuration can withstand signal frequencies from DC to more than 500 MHz.
The module is designed with a slot and utilizes high-density propulsive MCX connectors for discrete but manageable wiring. However, the SCXI-1193 module cannot direct the signal to a high-voltage analog bus.
The path resistance of the SCXI-1193 is a combination of relay contact resistance and trace resistance, which is usually kept low over the life of the relay. When the relay life ends, the contact resistance will rise rapidly. In addition, the module has a maximum RF load power of 10W to 500MHz (per channel), but module load derated insertion losses can lead to power dissipation and heat accumulation within the module.
