勵磁控制單元是勵磁系統(tǒng)的核心部分,主要作用是控制勵磁電流,UAD149實現(xiàn)發(fā)電機的勵磁調(diào)節(jié)。勵磁控制單元的種類有很多,比如ABB的KUC711AE 靜態(tài)和間接勵磁系統(tǒng),適用于20至12000A的電流范圍,它專為水力、聯(lián)合循環(huán)和抽水蓄能發(fā)電廠設計。
勵磁控制單元主要包括勵磁調(diào)節(jié)器、勵磁功率單元等部分。勵磁控制單元的作用是根據(jù)發(fā)電機的運行狀態(tài),自動調(diào)節(jié)功率單元輸出的勵磁電流,以滿足發(fā)電機運行的需要。
勵磁調(diào)節(jié)器是勵磁控制單元的核心部分,UAD149感受發(fā)電機的電壓、電流或其他參數(shù)的變化,然后對勵磁功率單元施加控制作用,進行勵磁調(diào)節(jié)。具體來說,勵磁調(diào)節(jié)器的工作方式包括自動方式和手動方式。在自動方式下,勵磁調(diào)節(jié)器比較發(fā)電機實際端電壓與自動給定值,用以控制端電壓。在手動方式下,勵磁調(diào)節(jié)器比較發(fā)電機實際勵磁電流與手動給定值,用以控制勵磁電流(當PT故障時)。
勵磁功率單元的作用是向同步發(fā)電機的勵磁繞組提供直流勵磁電流,建立直流磁場。它通過向同步發(fā)電機的勵磁繞組提供直流勵磁電流,使發(fā)電機的磁場得到適當?shù)膹娙鹾头较?,從而維持發(fā)電機正常運行所需的電壓和電流。

勵磁控制單元的參數(shù)設置需要輸入密碼,密碼為3413416位數(shù),長按參數(shù)鍵大概3秒鐘,等參數(shù)設置的燈閃亮的時候就輸入密碼341341。在現(xiàn)場僅需要設置三個參數(shù),第一個參數(shù)是功率因素的設置,出場的時候是0.85,如果現(xiàn)場有需要可以設置到0.99,設置到0.99就基本上是只發(fā)有功不發(fā)無功。第二個參數(shù)是電流互感器一次跟二次的電流比值,出場設定是100,可以根據(jù)現(xiàn)場電流互感器的大小來去設置。第三個參數(shù)是發(fā)電機額定電流與電流互感器一次電流的百分比,出場設定是百分之80。

Excitation control unit is the core part of the excitation system, the main role is to control the excitation current, UAD149 to achieve the excitation regulation of the generator. There are many types of excitation control units, such as ABB’s KUC711AE static and indirect excitation system, which is suitable for the current range of 20 to 12000A and is designed for hydraulic, combined cycle and pumped storage power plants.
The excitation control unit mainly includes the excitation regulator, the excitation power unit and so on. The role of the excitation control unit is to automatically adjust the excitation current output by the power unit according to the running state of the generator to meet the needs of the generator operation.
The excitation regulator is the core part of the excitation control unit. UAD149 senses the change of voltage, current or other parameters of the generator, and then exerts control effect on the excitation power unit to perform excitation regulation. Specifically, the mode of operation of the excitation regulator includes automatic mode and manual mode. In the automatic mode, the excitation regulator compares the actual terminal voltage of the generator with the automatic set value to control the terminal voltage. In manual mode, the excitation regulator compares the actual excitation current of the generator with the manual given value to control the excitation current (when the PT fails).
The role of excitation power unit is to provide DC excitation current to the excitation winding of synchronous generator and establish DC magnetic field. It provides DC excitation current to the excitation winding of synchronous generator, so that the generator’s magnetic field can get the appropriate strength and direction, so as to maintain the voltage and current required for the normal operation of the generator.
The working principle of the excitation control unit can vary according to different excitation methods and power supply methods. According to the supply mode of excitation power, the excitation mode can be divided into DC excitation system, AC excitation system and static excitation system. According to the supply mode of excitation current, the excitation mode can be divided into two ways: separate excitation and self-excitation.
The working principle of UAD149 excitation control unit is to automatically adjust the excitation current output of the power unit according to the operating state of the generator to meet the needs of the generator operation. Through the cooperative work of excitation regulator and excitation power unit, the precise control of generator excitation can be realized, and the stability and reliability of generator can be improved.
The parameter setting of the excitation control unit needs to enter a password, the password is 3413416 digits, long press the parameter key for about 3 seconds, and enter the password 341341 when the parameter setting light flashes. Only three parameters need to be set in the field, the first parameter is the setting of the power factor, which is 0.85 at the time of appearance, if the field needs to be set to 0.99, set to 0.99 is basically only active power without reactive power. The second parameter is the ratio of primary and secondary current of the current transformer. The output setting is 100, which can be set according to the size of the field current transformer. The third parameter is the percentage of the rated current of the generator to the primary current of the current transformer, and the output setting is 80 percent.
