UAD155A0111 同步電動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子繞組提供直流勵磁電流
勵磁控制器是用來控制勵磁系統(tǒng)的電子設(shè)備,UAD155A0111可以調(diào)節(jié)勵磁電源的輸出電壓和電流,從而實現(xiàn)對磁場的控制。此外,勵磁控制器還可以監(jiān)測勵磁系統(tǒng)的工作狀態(tài),如電流、電壓、溫度等參數(shù),并進(jìn)行保護(hù)和故障診斷。
勵磁控制器的工作原理主要基于勵磁裝置主回路和控制部分的工作。勵磁裝置主回路部分主要完成整流和滅磁兩大功能,系統(tǒng)采用三相全控橋可控硅整流電路,向同步電動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子繞組提供直流勵磁電流。滅磁回路由可控硅和二極管反并聯(lián)組成,實際上組成一個大功率電子開關(guān),完成同步電動機(jī)在異步起動過程中串入起動電阻,起動結(jié)束后自動切除,保證同步電動機(jī)在異步起動期間,轉(zhuǎn)子勵磁繞組既不開路也不短路,從而避免勵磁繞組承受過電壓和過電流。
勵磁裝置控制部分通過測量轉(zhuǎn)子感應(yīng)電壓頻率的變化來控制勵磁電流。同步電動機(jī)起動時,轉(zhuǎn)子感應(yīng)電壓的頻率隨著轉(zhuǎn)速的上升逐漸下降。UAD155A0111一旦電動機(jī)起動,單片機(jī)就立即檢測轉(zhuǎn)子感應(yīng)半個周波的時間,從20ms開始,數(shù)碼管記“9”,中間每增加20ms,數(shù)碼減1,到200ms時數(shù)碼管顯示“0”。同時,改變控制信號的大小可以改變中斷申請的時刻,達(dá)到控制觸發(fā)角的目的,從而控制勵磁電流的大小。
此外,勵磁控制器采用微處理器作為控制核心,通過對各類電量的采集轉(zhuǎn)換和軟件運(yùn)算,輸出各種狀態(tài)信號和功率單元的控制信號,將交流勵磁電源變?yōu)榭煽刂绷鬏敵隹刂?,實現(xiàn)發(fā)電機(jī)勵磁的控制。

In addition, the excitation controller can also monitor the working state of the excitation system, such as current, voltage, temperature and other parameters, and carry out protection and fault diagnosis.
The working principle of the excitation controller is mainly based on the work of the main circuit and control part of the excitation device. The main circuit part of the excitation device mainly completes two functions: rectification and demagnetization. The system adopts three-phase fully controlled bridge thyristor rectifier circuit to provide DC excitation current to the rotor winding of synchronous motor. The deactivation circuit is composed of thyristor and diode anti-parallel, in fact, composed of a high-power electronic switch, complete synchronous motor in the asynchronous starting process into the starting resistance, automatic cutting after the end of the start, to ensure that synchronous motor in the asynchronous starting period, the rotor excitation winding neither open circuit nor short circuit, so as to avoid the excitation winding to withstand overvoltage and overcurrent.
The control part of the excitation device controls the excitation current by measuring the change of the rotor induced voltage frequency. When synchronous motor starts, the frequency of rotor induced voltage decreases gradually with the increase of speed. UAD155A0111 once the motor starts, the MCU immediately detects the rotor induction half cycle time, starting from 20ms, the digital tube is marked “9”, every 20ms in the middle, the number is reduced by 1, to 200ms when the digital tube display “0”. At the same time, changing the size of the control signal can change the time of interrupt application, and achieve the purpose of controlling the trigger Angle, so as to control the size of the excitation current.
In addition, the excitation controller uses the microprocessor as the control core, and outputs various state signals and power unit control signals through the acquisition and conversion of various kinds of electricity and software calculation, and changes the AC excitation power supply into controllable DC output control to realize the generator excitation control.
