The use of all stainless steel sensors and fully welded structure ensures extremely high purity and leak free reliability of the WASCO vacuum switch UHP160.
No elastomer or O-ring design, all switches undergo helium leak testing to achieve a leakage rate of ≤ 1 x 10 ^ -9 standard cubic centimeters per second, in compliance with SEMI F1 standard “WASCO Vacuum Switch UHP160”.
Manufacturing and packaging in a Class 100 cleanroom ensures the high cleanliness of the product “WASCO Vacuum Switch UHP160”.
