UNITROL-1000 電壓調(diào)節(jié)器對交流勵磁機的勵磁繞組進行勵磁

同步電機的無刷勵磁系統(tǒng)工作原理是，UNITROL-1000通過電壓調(diào)節(jié)器對交流勵磁機的勵磁繞組進行勵磁。當(dāng)勵磁機的電樞繞組產(chǎn)生交流電后，該交流電會經(jīng)過旋轉(zhuǎn)整流器進行整流，整流后的電流供給主發(fā)電機的磁場繞組，從而產(chǎn)生勵磁作用。在這個過程中，無需使用滑環(huán)和炭刷，因此稱為無刷勵磁系統(tǒng)。

具體來說，UNITROL-1000無刷勵磁發(fā)電機的軸端頭是一臺交流發(fā)電機，其轉(zhuǎn)子是發(fā)電繞組。發(fā)出的電流通過固定在發(fā)電機軸上的導(dǎo)線引導(dǎo)至固定在軸上的硅整流管，整流后的直流直接進入轉(zhuǎn)子繞組。由于沒有整流刷這個部件，所以稱為無刷勵磁。

同步電機的無刷勵磁系統(tǒng)是一種不需要經(jīng)過滑環(huán)和炭刷的勵磁系統(tǒng)，UNITROL-1000由電壓調(diào)節(jié)器對交流勵磁機的勵磁繞組勵磁，勵磁機的電樞繞組產(chǎn)生的交流電經(jīng)旋轉(zhuǎn)整流器整流后供主發(fā)電機的磁場繞組勵磁。無刷勵磁系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)點如下：

無刷勵磁系統(tǒng)徹底杜絕了因碳刷和滑環(huán)接觸不良、碳刷長期磨損而發(fā)生的各種電機故障，尤其是取消了需定期維護更換且易產(chǎn)生拉弧、電火花的碳刷和滑環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)，使無刷勵磁同步電動機能夠在有防爆、防塵、防腐蝕等要求的特殊場合使用。

The brushless excitation system of the synchronous motor works by the UNITROL-1000 exciting the excitation winding of the AC exciter through a voltage regulator. When the armature winding of the exciter generates alternating current, the alternating current will be rectified by the rotating rectifier, and the rectified current will be supplied to the magnetic field winding of the main generator, resulting in exciting effect. In this process, there is no need to use slip rings and carbon brushes, so it is called brushless excitation system.

Specifically, the shaft end of the UNITROL-1000 brushless excitation generator is an alternator whose rotor is the generating winding. The current emitted is directed to a silicon rectifier tube fixed to the shaft through a wire fixed to the generator shaft, and the rectified direct current goes directly into the rotor winding. Because there is no rectifier brush this part, so called brushless excitation.

The brushless excitation system of synchronous motor is a kind of excitation system that does not need to pass through slip ring and carbon brush. The UNITROL-1000 is excited by the voltage regulator to the excitation winding of the AC exciter, and the AC generated by the armature winding of the exciter is rectified by the rotating rectifier to the field winding of the main generator. The advantages of brushless excitation system are as follows:
– Easy maintenance: no contact parts carbon brush and slip ring, simple maintenance, high reliability, long-term continuous operation and achieve less maintenance or maintenance-free.
– Stable operation: stable operation under dangerous conditions.

The brushless excitation system completely eliminates all kinds of motor failures caused by poor contact between carbon brush and slip ring and long-term wear of carbon brush, especially the carbon brush and slip ring structures that require regular maintenance and replacement and are easy to produce arc and spark, so that the brushless excitation synchronous motor can be used in special occasions with explosion-proof, dustproof and corrosion prevention requirements.
