WAU-2001 鼓風(fēng)機(jī)增壓真空泵

萊寶制造RUVAC系列羅茨泵，已經(jīng)有數(shù)十年的歷史，這種干式壓縮的技術(shù)，已經(jīng)被證明勝任多種真空應(yīng)用。
羅茨泵與油式或者干式前級泵串聯(lián)使用后，可以顯著地增加系統(tǒng)的抽速并提高系統(tǒng)可以產(chǎn)生的真空度，借此來拓展前級泵的工作范圍。萊寶的羅茨泵有3個(gè)系列:采用風(fēng)冷法蘭電機(jī)的WA系列；采用罐式風(fēng)冷電機(jī)的WS系列；采用全密封水冷電機(jī)的WH系列。每一個(gè)系列包含不同的抽速可供不同的應(yīng)用來使用。這個(gè)三個(gè)系列的羅茨泵，都可以選擇有或沒有旁通閥的版本，旁通閥也被稱為壓力平衡閥。

RUVAC羅茨泵可以用于水平流或者垂直流的安裝方式，由此可以提高系統(tǒng)的靈活性，安裝位置可以在安裝時(shí)更改。

RUVAC羅茨泵的軸承及其耐用，與之相連的是羅茨泵高效的潤滑系統(tǒng)，保證羅茨泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)的靜音和穩(wěn)定性。

WS和WSU系列羅茨泵的電機(jī)，轉(zhuǎn)子是由罐密封在真空中與定子隔開的。

因?yàn)闆]有驅(qū)動(dòng)軸由外至內(nèi)連接進(jìn)來，所以轉(zhuǎn)子可以以一個(gè)很理想的方式密封在真空中。
得益于高效的潤滑系統(tǒng)，WS系列羅茨泵的轉(zhuǎn)速可以高達(dá)6000RPM
這就意味著，同樣尺寸的真空泵，WA（U）系列可以實(shí)現(xiàn)更高的抽速，同時(shí)滿足IE3等級的能效要求

Leybold has been manufacturing the RUVAC series of Roots pumps for decades, and this dry compression technology has proven to be suitable for a wide range of vacuum applications.
When Roots pump is used in series with oil or dry front pump, it can significantly increase the pumping speed of the system and increase the vacuum degree that the system can produce, so as to expand the working range of the front pump. Leybold Roots pumps are available in 3 series: WA series with air-cooled flange motor; WS series with tank type air-cooled motor; WH series with fully sealed water cooled motor. Each series contains different pumping speeds for different applications. These three series of Roots pumps are available with or without a bypass valve, also known as a pressure balancing valve.

RUVAC Roots pumps can be used for horizontal or vertical flow installation, which increases the flexibility of the system, and the installation position can be changed during installation.

The bearings of RUVAC Roots pumps are extremely durable, and they are connected to the efficient lubrication system of Roots pumps, which guarantees the quiet and stable operation of Roots pumps.

For the motors of WS and WSU series Roots pumps, the rotor is separated from the stator by the tank seal in a vacuum.

Because there is no drive shaft connected from the outside to the inside, the rotor can be sealed in a vacuum in an ideal way.
Thanks to an efficient lubrication system, WS Series Roots pumps can reach speeds of up to 6000RPM
This means that the WA (U) series of vacuum pumps of the same size can achieve higher pumping speeds while meeting the energy efficiency requirements of IE3 class
