觸摸面板的工作原理是基于人體與面板的接觸產(chǎn)生的電容變化來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。下面以投射電容式觸摸屏為例進(jìn)行說(shuō)明：

投射電容式觸摸屏是由印在聚酯上的兩層透明菱形網(wǎng)格圖案組成，XV-440-10TVB-1-20在這兩層的中間又有一層光學(xué)透明的絕緣體。假設(shè)藍(lán)色菱形上有一堆電子，由于中間有一層透明的絕緣體，所以它們無(wú)法移動(dòng)到黃色菱形上。然而這些電子卻能產(chǎn)生電場(chǎng)，使正電荷聚集在黃色菱形上，這種狀態(tài)也被稱為電容。

當(dāng)把導(dǎo)電材料（如手指）靠近這個(gè)電容時(shí)，電場(chǎng)就會(huì)遭到破壞，從而改變黃色菱形上聚集的正電荷，使之遷移到手指上面來(lái)。這種變化會(huì)被手機(jī)處理器記錄下來(lái)，通過(guò)沿藍(lán)色菱形掃描電荷或電壓的變化來(lái)檢測(cè)出觸摸的位置。與此同時(shí)，黃色菱形序列也會(huì)被掃描。每列藍(lán)色菱形是連在一起的，每行黃色菱形也是如此，這樣就形成了由藍(lán)色菱形列和黃色菱形行組成的網(wǎng)格圖案。

The touch panel is an inductive liquid crystal display device that can receive the input signal of the touch class, also known as the “touch display screen” or “touch panel”. When the graphical keys on the display are touched, the tactile feedback mechanism on the XV-440-10TVB-1-20 display drives a variety of interconnected devices according to a pre-programmed program. The touch screen can replace the mechanical button panel and create lifelike audio and video effects through the LCD display interface. As a new computer input device, touch screen is a very simple, convenient and natural way of human-computer interaction at this stage. It gives the multimedia system a new look, is an attractive new upgrade multimedia system interactive machine equipment. Touch screen is mainly used in public information inquiry, leadership office, industrial control system, national defense command, electronic games, KTV song ordering, information teaching, real estate industry pre-purchase and other fields. When using the touch screen, the user can touch the touch screen installed on the front of the display screen with a finger or other objects. The system software will accurately locate and select information input according to the sign or menu part touched by the finger.

The working principle of the touch panel is based on the capacitance changes generated by the contact between the human body and the panel. The following takes the projection capacitive touch screen as an example:

The projected capacitive touch screen is composed of two layers of transparent diamond mesh pattern printed on polyester, and the XV-440-10TVB-1-20 has another layer of optically transparent insulator in the middle of these two layers. Suppose you have a bunch of electrons on the blue diamond, but they can’t move onto the yellow diamond because there’s a transparent insulator in the middle. These electrons, however, produce an electric field that causes the positive charge to concentrate in a yellow diamond, a state also known as capacitance.

When a conductive material (such as a finger) is placed close to this capacitor, the electric field is destroyed, changing the positive charge that accumulates on the yellow diamond and causing it to migrate to the finger. This change is recorded by the phone’s processor, which detects the location of the touch by scanning for changes in charge or voltage along the blue diamond. At the same time, the yellow diamond sequence is also scanned. Each column of blue diamonds is linked together, as is each row of yellow diamonds, thus forming a grid pattern consisting of blue diamond columns and yellow diamond rows.
